What can we do differently to improve the service for you?❓🐾

A big topic on our teams mind the last 2 weeks is, 'what can we be doing to provide a better service?'. 🤔💭

While we always embrace feedback throughout the year, the time has rolled round again where we want to reach out directly to ask what we can improve/change/work on/alter. We want you and your pets to enjoy your service as much as we enjoy delivering it!

We know giving constructive feedback can be daunting, so we have created an anonymous google feedback sheet. If you can spare a 5 minutes to fill this in we would be extremely grateful for any feedback we get! You are not obligated to fill out all the questions either, you can stick to the ones you would feel comfortable answering! 👨‍💻👩‍💻

Homer had a puppachino from today as a special treat! 🤍

So brilliant that some of our Cafès in Bourne are dog friendly, and Homer has a wonderful experience at 23 Coffee today! Highly recommend you go with your pups!

It is right opposite The Dog Club groomers in the Crown Walk, centre of Bourne, so you can always treat your pup to one after their spa day, or get yourself a coffee while you wait for them to be done 🐾

Minimum Requirements:
- Be over 18.
- Hold a Driving License and access to own car.
- Have a DBS or be willing to get one. (Basic is £18)
- Be willing to join our insurance for £8 a month.
- Animal experience (personal or professional).
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Able to handle large/strong dogs.

Non negotiables:
Must be trustworthy, caring, reliable and honest.

Our clients trust us to make the right selection on who is looking after their pets and only the BEST goes. We are looking for the right person, not just the experience. You MUST have a passion for pet care and be able to love our clients pets as your own. If you’re committed to providing the best service possible for our clients pets, then we want you!
