Look at this sea of kittens!
They will be ready for homes in 2 weeks. Each kitten will come with a spay/neuter contract as part of the adoption fee and will have been fully dewormed, flea treated and have their first vaccines on board. Their next vaccines and rabies will be part of the adoption fee as well.

We have 10 kittens getting ready to start meeting people in a couple weeks. Right now they are coming up on 5 weeks old. Tiny orange momma Ellie will also be looking for a home once she is spayed and recovers. Keep your eyes posted for them to show up as adoptable on our webpage. Please no advance requests as we only accept adoption applications once they get listed.

26 cats fixed in a week. Today every female feral was pregnant.

This is another grueling spring (said every Rescue anywhere).
We have alot of babies. Spay/neuter trips are almost weekly and most females are discovered to be pregnant. We are receiving calls from areas we don't generally work in but these are seniors that can't drive and have been declined by others they have reached out to. Non stop.

This momma had her babies in a 4 foot tall box on a cargo container. At 3 weeks of age she wasn't able to get them out. Mom and all 5 kids are comfortable in the cat cabin. Now that the kids have all kinds of room they are using those legs alot! We are so thankful to the couple that monitored them and kept mom fed. Once the kids are weaned, this will be her last litter.

*The first 2 surgeries happen next week and the others in a month.

We could sure use some donations for this cat family. We have to remove damaged/undersized eyes on all 4 (mom and 3 offspring). They all manage great and use their litter boxes. Once we have the eyes surgically removed, we will be able to adopt them in pairs. The 2 boys that are one (Connor and Kurgan) are totally bonded. Momma Bestie and Lobos are also completely bonded.
If you can help, please do. The whole family just went for spay and neuter etc. Next stop will be a pre-surgical exam.

This is our mental health awareness post and the animals that suffer. This pair (Rocky and Balboa) aren't the first cats we have gotten this year that have suffered due to the owners mental state. They are the worst so far. Sweetest boys on the planet but subjected to horrific living. We have learned they were kept in a cabinet of the RV that their owner lived in. These boys coats are so urine soaked and matted that we have shaved half of Rocky's body after being bathed. We probably don't need to mention the level of ear mites, parasites, fleas etc.
The boys have started vet care and were fixed. Once healed for a bit they are heading to a groomer for a spa day and likely more shaving. We of course started blood work and parasite treatment.
You know it is bad when an old vet says "yuck".
These boys have a bit of a road before adoption but need cuddles more than anything. They are so loving! I'm amazed at the resilience of animals.
They now have our entire cat cabin complete with all a kitty could want and visits many times a day.
Remember to check on the animals that live with people that you are concerned about. We know it can be tough to even get in the door but do what you can, please.
In this case grandma got ahold of us and made sure the cats got to us along with a donation.

19 cats fixed this weekend. Kept most all of them for post surgery as well.

We have been quiet online but busy as usual. Booking and making many spay and neuter trips, food drops, medical assistance and cats coming in. Kittens will soon be coming again.
Here is one of our project kitties that is still working on her lungs getting healthy. She is getting there but hasn't quite recovered yet. Precious finally is playing well.
