This is Iris
Her training isn’t over yet but as you can see she has made vast improvement and the only thing she is lacking now is her first pace.

What was iris’s biggest issue
Irish was very nervous for mount at would often rear or attemp to move and sometimes take off .

How we fixed this / fixing this?
With Iris we taught her how to lunge ready for ridden work , proceeding to mounting practice as you’ll see in the video and even though Iris can still be nervous her ridden education is far from complete and she will progress so much more with her confidence once she has got the right idea!

This is rodney
He was very extremely nervous of people when I started with him and couldn’t be led at all although a very lovely pony with a great interest it didn’t change the fact he had such little handling.
How did he progress?
I started with teaching how to be led, progressing to being lunged ,then wearing tack to having a rider on and his riden work progressing from there and now being a great pony and a kids pony !
