The Cat Garden Rescue Cat Rescue Group, servicing select cities in West Contra Costa County, CA This well-proven method is called TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release).

The Cat Garden Rescue (TCGR) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose objective is to spay/neuter homeless cats, and place adoptable ones in loving homes. We trap, neuter, and return cats who choose residency at people’s homes, gardens, parks, schools, and on the streets. Our goal is to help our communities in reducing cat population, teach compassion, educate, and offer solution

s to unwanted cat presence in the Richmond, San Pablo, El Sobrante, Rodeo, Hercules and Pinole areas. We are not able to accept owner surrenders as we are a small, non-profit organization without a designated facility.

We took Ibiza to Berkeley Humane for a 2nd check up. Her blood count isn’t good and she throws up a lot . The high ratio of white cells and abnormal test results either indicates IBS Inflamed Bowel Syndrome which is regulated by steroid or it is cancer . I am sure Dr Morrissey could correct me here. We did a round of an antibiotic first. We started steroid last Friday hoping for the latter. Thank you Rochelle for all you do. You are very much appreciated.

Update he passed over night ….. F ! Meet George. The founder is Jorge. His sibling passed away today of starvation . He is only 1 pound but should be 1 10 or more. The nice young man thought the mom was doing her job but obviously she could not or didn’t have enough milk for 5 . George is exhausted and drank 10 ml of milk and ate a fair of fancy feast. We gave dry and wet to this man and bowls. We will TNR the rest when we can . Wish him luck!

Update on Ivie. She is eating a lot more and slowly is gaining weight. We want to thank Kevin Gotto to have injected her immediately with medication for FIP. She stayed with him for 11 days until the next foster Genevieve took over. She got attached to Kevin after one week so we hope it will be the same for Genevieve. Not the best picture but you can see the difference! Thanks for those 2 wonderful human beings! We have left over donations for a blood recheck. I believe there will be several. Thanks for Cat Town to have supplemented the pills while ours were in transit .
