The latest on Nochka’s case is Det. Baldwin is in charge of the case, and has taken it to the prosecutor’s office. But.... since they didn’t have all the story, he is going to speak with me and finally get the story straight. He didn’t know the dog was on her side of the street and that the man shot her in the back of the neck. I was between the gunman and my dog pleading with him not to fire his weapon as he calmly walked around me and shot her point blank in the back of her neck! That is not someone that is scared! Why did he cross the street and keep approaching us?
