Do you have someone in your life that looks at you like this? Braydan wants nothing more than people to love. Braydan is 3 years old, about 65 pounds and an English pointer / hound mix. He is house trained and has no need for a crate. He is a fairly calm boy and would prefer a calm household. He’d rather be with his humans than anywhere else.

Braydan enjoys walks to backyard romping and is good to chill afterwards. He’s got a great balanced energy level.

Braydan doesn’t need a lot of fanfare, just loyal companions. Read all about him on his Petfinder page https://bit.ly/3oKRnvB.

JUST RESCUED at 12 years old!!! 🥺😍💕 Help us give a warm welcome and a howdy partner to Cowboy! 🤠👋

From Live Love Animal Rescue: "Cowboy is a 12-yr-old, mixed-breed fella who was surrendered by his family and very confused at the shelter. When Animal Friends of the Valleys sent a plea out for him we took one look into his eyes and immediately began working on getting him into our care. Something about him stirred our hearts in a magical way….as if every Live Love Angel was directing him to our arms. ✨😭 Cowboy’s medical care will be partly funded by a generous grant from the wonderful The Grey Muzzle Organization. We are so grateful for their support which allows us to save more senior dogs! 💯🙏🏽"

Thank you to all involved in Cowboy's rescue! We are so grateful to play a part (thanks to your support!) in making his second chance possible!

Calling all pringle ladies… er, we mean single ladies (and gentlemen)! Won’t you come mingle with Pringle?

Pringle’s a smart, sweet, lively young guy who would love an active family! Though he’ll love his people, he may love play time even more. Tennis balls, frisbees, you name it! Pringle can entertain himself for hours. 🎾 🥏🧸

We think Pringle will be happiest in a home where he can be the only animal and have all of the attention. He’d enjoy training exercises to exercise his mind and manners, too!

Pringle qualifies for the Foster First Program, meaning you can foster him for 14 days prior to adoption to ensure he’s a perfect fit for your family.

: a snapshot of the current availability of kennel space in our shelters and how you can help us save lives.

Extremely full kennels are an uncommon sight in January. Compounded with staffing challenges, increased intake and decreased dog adoptions, our teams are working doubly hard to care for the animals in need. By adopting or fostering from any LifeLine shelter, you can directly help save lives and free kennel space for the pets arriving in our county shelters daily. In these times, we depend even more so on our community’s support. Visit LifeLineAnimal.org/state-of-the-shelters to learn more about the current state of our shelters and how you can help.

He did it!!!!! Our sweet Bentley came through surgery with flying stars!!!!!! Surgery was just as expected and for that we are so thankful!!!! Now we wait!!! So far he is eating and doing well. He has only regurgitated once and it was just a few hours after surgery!!!!! He is doing so well he was released tonight to go to a medical grade foster in Greenville so he can be close to the surgeon. Note, they are a 24 hour hospital so if anything looks funny our foster can have him there in a minute. There is a strict feeding protocol in place to help him through post op care and to transition to the schedules that will best suit him. For now, he eats small amounts every four hours and is then held upright like a person for 20 - 30 minutes in hopes that gravity will help limit the chance for aspiration pneumonia. They rechecked the size of his esophagus in 4 to 6 weeks depending on how things go.

So the other hard part. To date, we have spent well over $8000 on this sweet boy! Yes!!!! He was absolutely worth it. However, we still have so many more animals to save. To do this we really need to cover as much of his costs as we can. Surgery was $6600, Auburn diagnostics were $1500 and we have expenses still to be incurred for rechecks and future care. If you are able please please help us recoup our expense. Also, will you please share his story. Loads of cute pics and videos to come!

ADOPTED! I'm very happy to announce that Lisa, now Lottie, has found her furever home! Lottie, a former Asia pup that has spent time in Canada with her foster to become a Canadian pup has made her way to the USA! She was looking for a family with a fenced yard since she had a lot of energy to burn, and a family active enough to keep up with her. Her new family met with her during Adoption Day and fell in love (and who wouldn’t with a face like this!!). Lottie is extremely happy in her new home where she's spoiled by her mom and dad, and loves to hang out with her new pet sister Birdie Mae.

***Dog Adoption Event TODAY!***

We will be holding dog adoptions at the Peachtree City Petsmart from 12pm-3pm

We will be holding one TODAY!

We will be following Petsmart store policies and will have limited dogs available each week (younger puppies will not be there). We will be posting which dogs are scheduled to be there the day before and the morning of. As always, please submit an application to adopt a dog online as early as possible during the week- we cannot do onsite adoptions as parts of the application can only be done during business hours and all applications are online only.

We utilize adoptions as a way to do meet and greets and to show off the dogs. We will not post dogs who are pending adoption for the day as the ones coming to adoption. All dogs posted are available for adoptions.

**Social distancing and mask requirements are as dictated by Petsmart store policy.**

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE DOGS POSTED BELOW WILL BE THERE.
