As we continue with National Immunization Awareness Month, here are the required immunizations for dogs, needed every one to three years:
- Distemper
- Rabies
- Adenovirus
- Bordetella (parvovirus)

As National Pet Appreciation Week comes to a close, we want to thank all of the amazing animals out there for being our support system during the bad times, the fluff balls we look to for laughs and cuddles, and the anchor that keeps us humble and grounded!
When was the last time you took your pet on a “date” or brought them home a treat just because? If your answer is "I don't know," you are long overdue for a day of pet appreciation.
Here are some suggestions:
- Buy them a treat
- Make it a point to spend at least two to three hours with your pet
- Set up a play date with others of their kind
- Do something new together -- there is bound to be a few things that both you and your pet don’t know how to do
