"Archie" (neutered male, left) and "Pearl" (unspayed female, right) are a bonded pair of rabbits for adoption from the PEI Humane Society. They're $85 to adopt, and are located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Archie and Pearl will approach humans "on their terms", but are believed to bond quickly with their new family. They are still getting used to handling, and don't like being picked up. Their ad says that they "could possible [sic] do well in a home with older, respectful children, and cats or dogs - as long as your cat/dog does not have a prey drive". They need a large enclosure such as an X-Pen or a bunny room, with chances to explore outside any enclosure in a bunny-proofed setting. They will also need enrichment that allows them to play and dig, and they are working on being housetrained. Their diet includes timothy hay and apple tree branches. 2 yrs. old, 7 and 8 lbs. respectively, and colors described as "black and tanned" and "white with brown". Any takers on these two?
