Yesterday’s learning curve 😉
I tried to use green apples instead of pectin with fairly good results. Apparently using green apples allows you to use less sugar but we didn’t get a really stiff jam - more like a really thick sauce. I poured some over crepes last night and it was pretty delicious!! Send me your recipes and secrets ✨💕✨

Some of our trees are 60 - 80 years old and they’re still producing so many apples every year. Its amazing to think how many apples just one tree can produce in its lifetime. ✨feeling so much abundance and gratitude this morning✨
