🎉 TRAVELLING TAILS TURNS TWO 🎉

Thanks you all so much for your ongoing support over the last two years 🙏🏻

Whether you have purchased from us, recommened us to your friends, slid in to the dm’s or liked/ shared our work, I couldn’t have done it without you 👏🏻

To celebrate this milestone, I’ll be holding a competition or two 🥳

Up first -

Design your dream set and be in to win 🏅

- Make a reel/post representing your dream BioThane®️/tag set
- In the comments section, tell us all about it! I want alllllll the details! Think colour combos, styles, tag designs etc

The prize -

I will work with you personally to bring your creation to life!
Included will be
1x collar

1x tag

The rules -

- Entries close midnight 31st oct, winner will be announced shortly after
- each story share will give you an extra entry
- each story share will only be valid if you have a post on your wall before the 31st
- winner will be drawn at random but there may be spot prizes for the most creative 😜
- I will do everything I can to bring your creation to life but there may be limitations do to stock/supply
- posts must stay on your wall until at least the 1st nov 23
- giveaway is not affiliated with instagram in any way

Do you have a big collection of collars?
Then you need one of our council tag holders 👏🏻
Easily slide them on and off any collar as you change outfits!
You can also opt to have your name tag attached to one of these rather than a split ring so your always ready to go 🙌🏻

This was potentially my biggest challenge to date!
Getting the spacing and lettering to look centred and balanced on these was hard af
But so worth it to let little jamie’s mum have peace of mind after a recent scare when he was stung
I love how simple and elegant this design is, we wanted to keep it minimal so that in an emergency the words can have the biggest impact while still keeping jamie looking his best

💥Let’s talk about brass
💪 We use brass because of it’s durability and strength
👵🏼 When brass is exposed to oxygen, is begins to oxidise. This is what gives it an ‘aged’ look
🥽 this process helps to protect the metal from corrosion
💚 however if you prefer your brass to stay shiny, you can purchase brass polish products from your local bunnings or hardware shop
🤩 Or we also stock aluminium tags too if you prefer

Guys! Thanks so much for your recent orders 🙏🏻
Its been a bit hectic behind the scenes as we head into the silly season 🎄
I have shut off ordering for most items so that I can make sure all current orders make it to their new homes in time for xmas 🤩
You can still order leashes and there are limited tags in stock with new stock due to arrive shortly 🥳
When we return to full force things will look a little different 👇🏻
I have decided that custom biothane orders will only be opened up a couple of times per year
This is partly because of the rising cost to import the biothane so that I can keep pricing as affordable as possible
And partly because I LOVE creating beautiful tags and one of my 2023 goals is to focus on this more and be able to create gorgeous things for you and your pups

While I appreciate all of the brand ambassadors that we have had in the past, a while ago I made the decision to choose ambassadors in a way that felt more organic and in line with my personal values

There seems to be some confusion 🙈
I was made aware during our birthday sale that some people didn’t realise that our tags have phone numbers on them as well as names!
When im going to post a tag on the gram, of course I want to respect peoples privacy
So I use photoshop to blank out the phone numbers, and occasionally the names of the dogs
I like it to blend in so that I don’t have a big coloured line through my photo 🙈 but this may have been confusing for some!
As you can see in this photo, some tags have names and numbers blurred
For the name plates the number has to go on the front but on all the other tag designs we add the name to the front and number yo the back unless specified!
