We are pleased to announce our Madduxx/Queen litter born February 2/2/24. We have one one male and two females available for competition homes on March 22. These pups have great pedigrees and competitive backgrounds. FC AFC Madduxx has 30 Derby points 75 FT points. Queen earned 27 derby points in only nine starts. She is also QAA and is competing in All Age Opens. Call or PM me for details.

Just dropped off our Firestrike We Will Rock You, "Queen", with Beth Johnes at Dry Pond Kennel for welping. Queen is expecting puppies in about a week. We bred our Queen with a truly outstanding srud, FC AFC Bayou Teche Painte The Black, "Madduxx". Puppy announcement sometime next week. Stay tuned.

Thanks to all of you who wished me a Happy Birthday. Always feel blessed to have the grass under my feet and my hooligans around me. The only hooligan missing is Queen who is at the kennel expecting puppies in early February. Y'all take care. Looking forward to Spring.

Very proud of my 2 1/2 year old girl HRCH Turbo Firestrike's High Flight "Sky" earned her Master Hunter Title this weekend at the Carolina Retriever Association Spring Hunt Test. Many thanks to the judges, property owner and club members for putting in the time and effort for the test. And, of course, my training partner Sallie. I'd like to thank Colby Williams of Top Line Retrievers for developing Sky's basic skill sets. She has been a joy to work with over the past year as she has matured. She still has a lot of puppy in her, but then she is a golden. 😊
I look forward to running Sky in more Master events this Fall leading up to the National as she gets better at this game. She is fun to train and handle. Also, a shout out to Turbo Retrievers for a terrific breeding. My best to all playing this game. Enjoy.

Well, it took a while to get this picture taken and posted. It was a hectic Fall and Winter and the Spring is no exception. That said, we cannot say enough about our girl Firestrike's We Will Rock You "Queen ". Trained by probably the best professional in the country, Colby Williams of Top Line Retrievers, Queen was entered in only 9 Field Trial Derbies last summer. Queen was not going to be eligible for the Derby National as she would age out 2 weeks before the cutoff. Therefore, we just wanted to get her on the Derby List and only run several events.
Well, of the 9 events she ran, she won 5, placed 3rd in one, and received a Judge's Award of Merit in another for a total of 27 points making her tied for 11th in the country. Of the 5 wins, she won 4 in a row. Statistically, in points to events, she was the best.
This dynamic 2 1/2 year old is primed to run Qualified All Age followed by Opens. She has a great career ahead of her and, without doub, she and Colby will achieve the success they deserve.

Colby Williams and Top Line Ranger Leads the Way win their 1st open on March 18, 2023. What an exciting day. So very proud of both Colby and Ranger. Colby never lost faith in Ranger's abilities and it shows.

Very proud of our girl, HRCH Turbo Firestrike's High Flight, "Sky". Sky earned her first Master pass at the Atlantic Flywar Retriever Club event in Monroe, NC. The judges set up a tough test. Thanks to them, the club and property owner. Sky is only 25 months old and shows promise for a great career.

Very proud of our talented girl Turbo Firestrike's High Flight "Sky". She earned two more HR finished passes and her Hunter Retriever Champion title this weekend before turning 2 next month. Lots of compliments about her. On to getting her Master Hunter title this Winter and Spring.

Firestrike We Will Rock You "Queen" won her 3rd Derby in a row giving her 15 points. "Ranger" earned a JAM in the open in a field of 90 dogs. Very successful weekend for Top Line Retrievers. Many thanks to Colby Williams, a great trainer, the judges and land owners. The trials were really tough.

More good news for the weekend. Firestrike We Will Rock You "Queen" won her second Derby in a row putting her on the Derby List. Thanks to a great trainer, Colby Williams, for bringing our wild child along to achieving her potential. Looking forward to an amazing future. Also thanks to the Western Montana Retriever Club and the judges for a great trial.

Turbo Firestrike's High Flight "Sky" earned her second Senior pass yesterday at the Treasure Valley Retriever Club Hunt Test in McCall, Idaho. It was a tough test including a blind across a flowing river and a walk up poison bird for the honoring dog. Thanks to the judges and TVRA for a great test.

Firestrike’s We Will Rock You “Queen” won the derby today at the Western Montana Retriever Club field trial. We have always been fond of this little wild child and she showed us why today. Congratulations to Mark and Sallie Flavin on Queens first derby win! Thank you to the judges and club members for giving your time and putting on a great trial!

Meet 4 month old Fairway. Fairway's sire is our 5 year old lab, Ranger. He's been in training with us as a service dog since 7 weeks. He's a fun, even-tempered boy with a great personality and easy to train. At 5 months he goes to Top Line Retrievers for 5 months of advanced training and at 10 months transfers to K9s for Warriors.
Determined to end veteran su***de, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. Please consider donating to this worthy program at K9sforwarriors.org. I'm excited for Fairway to eventually belong to a veteran in need.
