Donald went to his forever home today and it couldn’t of been more of a perfect fit. He will get to join his new mom and dad in their journey of touching the lives of children in foster care. He is exactly where he needs to be. Go be awesome Donald.

Saying goodbye is so bittersweet. I’d be lying if I said we didn’t tear up with each one. We watched them take their first breath, the first time they opened their eyes and the first time they waddled a few steps. Then you get pictures and realize your purpose has been fulfilled and they are out in the world fulfilling theirs.

Minnie, now Lux went home with her new mom and dad. This girl is the sweetest snuggler and would spend her whole day doing it if she could. Once she was placed in her mom’s arms it was as if that’s exactly where she was meant to be. Snuggle on little Lux. 💕
