I started running Sept 2017, Duke started running April 2013. This week I passed Duke in Total miles ran. Duke is still the Alpha, and he taught me how to run. I don't plan to slow down anytime soon. Thanks Duke for showing me how to "Run"!

Made it to Nashville. Get to visit with Hank "Chase" see the town and run Luna's first Marathon. Long trip, but we made it safe.

Had fun running the Poteet Strawberry Festival 5K, 19:08, Nice weather and flat course. But sad there were no Strawberries.

Close to the finish. This is the moment I look forward to. We ran a solid, smart race up to mile 10. When you still have something left in the tank to pick it up and push, that is the best feeling in a race.

Got to run the WonderLust half today. Great weather, Great course (best marked course, Thanks Marx!) and Great people. Did not expect to run this pace today. This is a PR for Luna, she was on fire today, pulling and in front the whole way. We took 7 water stops for her, and yes I needed a breather too :-) So moving time was 1:32:56, chip time 1:34:16 Every race you finish is a good race, but when the last mile is your fastest, it feels great to finish strong. Love running with Luna!
