Here's Cherry 🥰

She sure was a challenge to mount up but I really enjoyed working on her!
We encountered slip, terrible freezer burn especially in the ears and eyes and lips which was very difficult to work with and her overall body condition made for a lot of form customising!

Considering the difficulties I'm very proud of how well I've managed to get her looking 🥰

Cherry was about 13 years old when she passed away due to old age related illness.

Got all my measurements, got him skinned fleshed, all the good stuff and into the pickle.
I had no idea they were so big!

Now that, that is why you should always degrease skulls. Started the degreasing process yesterday after a good rinse off. Look at the colour of that water 🙃

Just have to let them dry then I have to stick teeth back in and the jaws

Skulls of mink Nadia and ferret Nova. Nearly grease free!
Got them in peroxide currently so I can see what's grease and what's just staining, everything is lifting off so I'm sure it just stains left which the peroxide will lift.

Both have been degreasing for some time, they were stubborn !

Well that was a fun and nerve-wracking challenge.
Gaboon viper wet specimen!
Gone for an open mouth to show off the fangs. I've propped the mouth open until it's stiffened up enough to hold the position.

I had to sew this snake back together as is was broken in half due to not being stored correctly and wasn't the most fresh snake to start off with

Been a pleasure working on this beautiful girl, she arrived 2 days late in the post and was slipping on arrival. I manged to save her and get her looking beautiful once more! She's also super soft! 🖤🤍

Still some ways to go but definitely getting there! I'll pull all the molars out tomorrow so I can pull grease quicker from the cavities. Also added some of my pelt degreaser in as a little tester to see what it does
