🎉🐾 Hello everyone! With the holidays around the corner, we’re feeling the spirit of giving and want to share the love with some furry friends in need! ❤️ We’re excited to announce that we’re hosting a donation drive for Foothills Animal Shelter, and we’d love your help!

They’re in urgent need of:
• Wet cat food 🐱
• Dog food (can be opened as long as it’s in the original bag) 🐶
• Dog and cat treats 🍪
• Plastic pet containers 🛍️
• Unused litter boxes 🧼
• Dog leashes and cat scratchers 🐾

They would also be so grateful for:
• Blankets and towels 🛏️
• Animal toys 🧸
• Supplies for aquatic and terrestrial critters 🐟🐢
• And anything else pet-friendly you can think of! 🌟

Mayor Whiskey would love for your contribution in remembrance of him. All he did was care for others, and I know giving back would bring him joy. We have decided to donate some of his things as well so his memory lives on as the best Dog Mayor of Lakewood! 🐶👑

Welcome baby Koda to ComPAWssionate Canines!!

Koda is a Shiba Inu with lots of puppy energy. He was a little scared at first but warmed up quickly to everyone the more he came to daycare! Koda is 5 months old and still learning basic cues such as “off” and stay. He does pretty good for pictures though!

So Roxy and I have been working on something and I am proud to say she had her first therapy encounter today and it went amazing! She’s a registered therapy dog with Denver Pet Partners and we see people to brighten up their day by her being pet, showing off her tricks, relaxing people with her just sitting by their side and more 🙂 she did so good today and got to meet a ton of people! After, she got a little treat 😉

Today was so much fun! Roxy got a ton of goodies from Three Dog Bakery Denver and their event today and got to see Gretchen with The knotty k9, llc, Roxy’s favorite doggy masseuse, then had her first pup cup at Chick-fil-A, then had some fun bubble time at Bar Box with Connor in Aspen Grove for their Bar Box event! Also got to see some great friends like Dr. Rahim with The Pawlyclinic who gave Roxy another pup cup and some cool german shepherd socks (yes, I almost cried), Ryan with Fetch Photo Truck, and Alberto with Zoomin Groomin!

Was sad camping without you bud. We spread your ashes at the first lake we went to with James when you were young. Not a day goes by without you on our minds. Roxy has the zoomies getting all wet and we all got in the lake. It was so cold! I don’t know how you loved it so much bud but glad you did! We found the most perfect camping place and you would’ve loved it. People even said it was the “perfect” spot”. Right next to the lake like how you would’ve wanted.
