Today , we’re celebrating all the dog-mommas and momma-dogs out there! Lexie and Lola were surrendered to us by a doodle breeder several years ago at the ages of 7 and 8 when they were no longer needed as breeding mommas due to their “advanced age”. We got them spayed and promised them a comfortable retirement life where their value wasn’t based on birthing multiple litters each year. Lola turned 11 last month and Lexie turns 10 this week🎉🎂. They are loving and affectionate and we’re lucky to have them as part of our pack!! We treated them to ice cream cones for Mother’s Day🍦
