IT’S CATURDAY!! And the KITTYS love Caturday!! First, we wake up in a Big Cuddle Puddle! Then from 12noon to 4pm, we have an Open House at 1529 Reed St!! Pspspsp we have a Special Treat from Batter and Crumbs for Everyone that comes to the Open House!! So come on in!! IT’S CATURDAY!!!!!

ADOPTED (Officially)!!! Chance (nka Bruce!) has been Officially Adopted!! This handsome House Panther showed up at a Managed Colony as a likely dumped Kitty. Not for long!! Our friends scooped him up, got him fixed up, and brought him to us!! Self described Not a Cat Fan, Maggie, fell in love with Chance. And we couldn’t be happier! PS, This is the song we named him after!

WELCOME BACK! Capone is back from Medical Foster! Jalen missed him so very much. He just couldn’t get anyone to play with him. Poor kit! Lots of playing and games once greetings and groomies were completed!

ADOPTED! This may be one of the most amazing Adoptions; Amelia Earhart just left for her Forever!

Amelia came to us after her “Person” left her in her carrier with a note on the corner of 3rd and South Sts on a busy Saturday night. I can’t even imagine how terrifying that must have been for Amelia. South St on a Saturday night can be overwhelming for people, never mind an abandoned Kitty.

Amelia was lucky to have been picked up by fellow animal lovers who immediately reached out to us for help. We’ve been working with her and giving her the time and patience she needs. Recently though, she has become increasingly shut down and worrying us.

As if on cue, a dear friend reached out for another friend looking for our least likely to be adopted Kitty! Wow! Immediately, I replied with Amelia’s and Philly’s info and back stories. Without hesitation he knew Amelia needed him most. And we couldn’t be happier!

It seems only right that she has left us for a journey to Massachusetts! Squeeee!

The CUTENESS never ends over here!! Asia made a new friend on Friday night. Mom brought him back today this week’s Open House Caturday!! It was great seeing them back and witnessing their adorbs today.

ADOPTED!! Petite and Sweet, little Marina was ADOPTED!! (Okay, on Sunday!! Better late than never!) She found herself a very, lovely couple looking for a companion for their Resident Kittyn!! And we couldn’t be happier!! We are so looking forward to pictures and updates!

Philly’s New Bed (aka Window Perch) arrived yesterday! It was so much fun to assemble it for her. Notice I had several helpers 😹 I gotta say, this the sturdiest Perch I’ve ever seen and I trust the suction cups after realizing I was leaning on it while speaking with Philly.

For those that don’t know, Philly had recently become obsessed with sleeping on the 1-inch space on top of the window ac unit. Needless to say, she fell alot. All the time. But she would pop right up and climb back to the ac.

I tried cushy beds and boxes and bringing her to bed and within moments she was headed to her spot.

I saw this Perch on Amazon and put up a plea. And our good friend and supporter, Auntie Lisa, sent one to Philly!

She wasn’t sure at first so I put her in to try it out. She’s been in it since. Probably the best night’s sleep she ever had!

UPDATE: Aunt Amanda and Coworker Matthew this morning donated $300 through their Employer, Nekey!!

We are absolutely grateful with all the love we’ve received through Evie and her mom, Jess!!

THANK YOU!!! Today was amazing! Remember the Kitty Masks that our young friend Evie was making to raise money for the Kittys?? On top of That Fundraiser, she decided to have a Benefit Party for us!!

Evie made masks and invited her friends to bring donations! Evie and her mom made Homemade Jams and Butters!! Her friend made the bookmarks - in various sizes even!! And one of Evie’s grown up friends made the Magnets and Kitty Keychains!

I THINK we’ll be offering the goods at the Caturday Open House!! I think!

On Top of All THAT, she raised $550!!

We are extremely humbled and in awe of her excitement and determination! As well as the support from family and friends!!
