RESPECT THE LEAD! 🤬

See a dog on a lead? Yep. Then why can’t you for a couple of minutes just put your dog on a lead to pass that dog?

Do you know why that dog is on a lead? No you don’t. Not until you speak to the owner. There are lots of reasons why dogs are on leads. You don’t even need to know why. Just put them on out of respect for the other dog on the lead till you pass.

Your dog hasn’t got good recall? Keep it on the lead. Imagine your dog running up to a reactive dog and they get bit? All because you couldn’t call your dog back and stressed out that other dog. It won’t be their fault. It will be yours.

“He/she is are okay, they won’t hurt them”
REGARDLESS, you never let your dog go bolting up to another dog on the lead. You just don’t know the situation and that dog might not be okay and they might hurt your dog 🤷‍♀️

It’s getting worse out there all because of ignorant owners!!

Just be responsible and respectful! All dogs have the right to have a stressful free walkies, whatever their situation may be.
