I wanted to make a post to ask that anyone looking to breed from my line please reach out to me prior and I would be happy to help you. To ensure we are on the same page ethically and to ensure you get rats that are good for breeding.
I understand mistakes happen and that is okay but when it comes to intentionally breeding from a line that someone has worked so hard to establish its unethical without the explicit permission. You don't buy a dog from a breeder and then go on to breed that dog without permission because it's essentially stealing the breeders work.
It takes alot of time and effort to establish a healthy line. We are also very focused on familial ties, my Rats are all my family and when we are so excited for my rats to have grandchildren and nieces and nephews only to learn they've already got them without our knowledge is a major let down.
Again mistakes happen and I know that but it being hidden from us is disappointing. I remember the faces and names of every ratty put out and we love them all dearly so please when considering breeding please don't hesitate to reach out and if accidental pregnancies arise please let us know for transparency sake.

Sad to announce that our July litter has been postponed to August-September
Our doe was having a very healthy pregnancy but after going a few days overdue and losing slowly losing her bump we've come to realize that the litter has been absorbed.
Rats are funny creatures and this is our first experience with absorption (quite common in rat pregnancy) We are just happy mum is doing okay and hasn't faced any major complications ❤️🐀 I can tell she's a little upset since she built herself a lovely nest preparing for these babes but her body decided now wasn't the time 🤍
Our next pairing will take place this week and hopefully result in some beautiful babies excited to join your family💗

We can officially confirm Emilia is expecting! She is due within the next 5 days.
Emilia is one of my heart rats and honestly one of the sweetest rats I've ever owned, from snuggles to tricks this curly girl does it all! It is my hope that her babies will take after her brilliant temperment ❤️
