This week I set a goal of getting 6 rabbits done and this very tired girl did it 🙌 🎉

Did you know that I already need to start prepping and doing taxidermy now to prepare for the Oddities & Curiosities Expo in February in Charlotte? Taxidermy is a long process so I need a minimum of 8 weeks to create enough inventory to fill my booth. These rabbits still need to cure, be groomed, touched up, attached to a base and all of the accessories and floral work still need to be created.

Meet Elsa ✨️

On this Special Order Saturday I'd like to tell you a story. Once upon a time, I received a message about the cutest little rat that was found ❄️frozen❄️ outside the Harriet Hancock LGBT Center. She was brought to me with the request to preserve her reading a book in a rocking chair so she could live in their library. When I asked if there was a particular book they'd like her reading, a group chat was formed and a list of gay books was sent to me. I couldn't pick just one so this little book lover gets to be surrounded by all of the books! I also added a little extra touch of her sitting on a pride blanket from a pride flag I got during the beautiful gay weddings Y’all-Mart hosted at the beginning of the year. The work that is done at Harriet Hancock Center is so important and they put so much love and heart into their community. It was an absolute honor to get to work with sweet little Elsa (and Cristina & Em) You can visit Elsa at the Harriet Hancock Center library! 🏳️‍🌈

This custom order was requested as an Anniversary gift for his fiancé! Since shes a spooky makeup lover, we decided on a Morticia inspired rat sitting at her vanity wearing makeup and in a silk robe. Since they got engaged after we had our consultation, I knew I needed to put a diamond on her finger as a special extra touch. 🖤💍

This is quite possibly the softest and most beautiful rat I've ever gotten to work with. I originally thought it was a standard white rat and once I cleaned her and fluffed her up I realized she is this soft, warm gray and just the cutest little babe I've ever seen.

Thats a wrap for my 2025 Market Season ✨️
This year I did 11 markets, traveled to 5 new cities, made the most yearly sales to date, met so many amazing people, eaten some delicious food, laughed a lot and had an overall incredible year as a small business owner/artist. From the absolute depths of my heart, I want to say thank you to you all for being here for the journey. Your love and support has allowed me to live my dreams.

My last website update of the year will be live starting tomorrow 12/9 at 12pm EST!
