Thursday morning was beautiful out and I decided to breed rabbits. Nico & Misha - Holland lops. This was both of their first times and they did really well. Misha was a little grumpy but he was able to hump her 3 times so an overall success. Looking forward to seeing their blue eyed babies!
Phillip & Ophelia - English lops. First time for Phillip, and first time for Ophelia since I've had her. Took them a while and I left them together overnight but I think it was a successful breeding. First English litter in a while so I'm really excited.
Arlo & Gustava - pedigreed Velveteen lops. Bred them last summer and got 3 kits from it, hoping to be able to keep an otter baby this time!😊

Bonnie had these 6 kits 9/27/20. So far they are all doing well, and she ripped out a lot of fur so they're nice and warm! 😊 Three broken black and three sable points (from what I can tell so far).

Venus had 7 kits on the 9/9/20. Unfortunately she lost 4 due to the cold, but these three are all doing very well and are very chunky! So far it looks like there are 2 males and 1 female.

Gustava gave birth to three stunning kits! She had a black otter, a broken blue tort, and a solid black. Unfortunately we lost her black otter kit, but the remaining two are doing very well :)

Athena's litter is 8 weeks old today. First bunny pictured is a blue tort male, second is a broken blue tort female, and last bunny is a black tort female. Their parents, Athena (broken black tort) and Fyedka (broken sable point), are the last three pictures of the post.

I got this girl from Ally Rudy on Sunday. Meet Ophelia! She has an insanely sweet personality and is a very nice, healthy size. I tried breeding her with my English buck, Phillip, but he's new at this and couldn't quite figure it out. I then put her in with my mini rex buck, Arlo, but he is significantly smaller than her and although he tried, wasn't able to do it. Hopefully I can find her a male soon. She was very patient and sweet with both of my boys, and I know she will be a great mom!

English Lop buck, Phillip. He is black tort. I am looking to get him a female and hopefully I will have English lop litters this year. The rabbit I'm currently looking at is a broken blue doe. I'm excited to hopefully welcome her into my rabbitry and see what colors will come from them.
