Thank you @indiegeniusmedia for featuring us in your first episode of #GraffitiVillageSeattle, a series about BIPOC Food Security during COVID19 and beyond.
This videos brings us back to what felt like simpler times. Since that day we have learned a lot of about ourselves and the community. With the help and invitation of other BIPOC organizations we have activated 5 gardens, almost 2 acres of land. We have hosted over 20 stewardship parties. And our organization has grown to include almost 60 land based activists.
Stay tuned for more from @blackstarfarmers in the new year. In the meantime stay safe, mask up, and protect your community.
