Clover the little Sprocker pup came in for her first ever pedicure. She seems to have doubled in size since she last came in and we can't wait to see how big she is when she comes in for her puppy groom next month!🐾

This handsome boy is called Murphy and he came to visit us for a Bath and Brush as well as a trim up on his unusually fluffy bottom! We used our luxury Bugalugs one in a million shampoo and cologne which left him smelling amazing and he enjoyed every minute of it - leaning in while we gave him a real good brush out.

Sweetest little Rolo came in for his groom and he was a little gentleman throughout. Best of friends by the end of the groom, his tail was wagging as he came out and we look forward to welcoming him back soon! 🩵

Obi, our groomer Shania's Springer, popped in to test out the salon with his tail wagging almost constantly. Always such a good boy (we may be a little biased) he told her later on that he thoroughly enjoyed himself - the treats and cuddles in particular!
He has slightly sensitive skin, so Shania used the Bugalugs oat shampoo and spray which is on the milder side- perfect for his skin and he still smelled great after!

Bath time for our little Reggie who wanted to come and sniff out our new Bugalugs Pet Care shampoos and sprays which are also available in Gladwells Pet & Country Store, Stowmarket. He was a good boy as always and came out with a very shiny coat while smelling of papaya and coconut. 🥥

The ear snood aka the "happy hoody"!

One of our grooming essentials, this little wrap is placed over the dogs ears when using high velocity dryers to help protect their ear drums. It's particularly helpful for puppies and nervous dogs, as being in a grooming salon can sometimes be a little scary to begin with. Even though it's called a "happy hoody" not all dogs look happy when wearing it and some will repeatedly take it off their heads. But it's important for us to give them the option either way!

We had a visit from Narla the Staffy X for her puppy groom. She was a bit unsure at first and was a little nervous about everything. Lots of cuddles and support later however meant she left the salon tail wagging and best of friends with our groomer Shania!

Little Evie the JRT x came in for a full groom and what a transformation! She looks like a little puppy again! She was perfectly behaved from start to finish and we can't wait to see her again soon.

This is Excitable Eddie who came in for his first puppy groom with us. A very happy boy he made sure to share the love with everyone he met and in this photo you are very lucky enough to witness his personal record of sitting still - a grand total of 2 seconds! We can't wait to see him attempt to beat this when he next visits us in a couple of months.🩵

Beautiful Echo the Great Pyrenees came in for a pedicure. She was very well behaved, offering her paws throughout the service and being very patient. Having known Echo for a little while it was lovely to have her come visit me at the salon and her owners said they were planning on bringing her back for a full groom which I'm very much looking forward to.🐾

We had the pleasure of providing a full groom to one of our store's regular visitors, Billy the Cockerpoo and a puppy groom for his little sister Bonnie the Tibetan. Both of them were super from start to finish and Billy even had a little nap while I trimmed his face! We can't wait to see them both again soon, both in the store and our salon. 🩵

Nienna the Husky popped in for a visit to help remove some of her shedding coat which tuned into a furnado with the help of our blaster. This beautiful girl was one of the quietest huskies I have ever groomed- only choosing to take part in a couple of songs with me. Although whether that says less about her and more about my singing is yet to be seen!

At 6 years old this was Mishy's first ever time at a groomers. She came in with lots of compacted shedding coat which the blaster was able to loosen up so I could brush it away using the Trixie carding tool and rubber brush.

She loves helping her mum down at the allotment and going for long walks in the country. So we're not sure how long she will stay clean for but I'm sure her mum will enjoy the lavender scent while it lasts! She is booked back in with us in April and we can't wait to see her again. 🩷
