Today is #nationalkidsandpetsday , a day to raise awareness about the importance of picking the right pet for children at the right time. We spent several years “dog free” while our kids were little. Turns out a pandemic was the perfect time to adopt a new puppy, and Sadie turned out to be the perfect doggie for us! She was worth the wait! (And Bella LOVES to “read” stories to her😍).
