Francis and Quigley playing yesterday. Freezing temperatures but my heart always melts seeing them play. They went on and on. Hard to get anything done when there is so much entertainment!❤️❤️🫏🫏
Teamwork! Quinn and Quigley working together to drag the ball.
Hmmm… 🤔 what if they were dragging a rake or a shovel?! They’d get that paddock cleaned up in no time! ❤️❤️
Two fuzzy faces nibbling on a favorite winter snack. They both have very thick coats but Trinket’s face covering is amazing! ❤️❤️🫏🫏
There she goes again! Little buckaroo Trinket rockin’ around her sister Tabitha. The vet comes back tomorrow for Trinket’s vaccine boosters and fecal samples from each of them. My job is to collect fresh samples, bag them, and label whose is whose. I found a hideous round worm in their poop pile and so we need to check the gals. HIDEOUS🤢
Little buckaroo Trinket was pretty excited to find a patch of dirt in all of the ice and snow covering the ground. Sister Tabitha was a little less excited. ❤️🫏🫏❤️
Quiet and content foraging on this (yet another) freezing cold afternoon🥶🫏🥶
Trinket sure had fun in the snow today. Here she is with Tabitha, Tilly, and Sweet Pea. The high temperature today was 24°. It was tolerable (and fun for some) because thankfully there wasn’t much wind. 🥶🫏
Francis and Quigley horsing around this morning. Or should that be donkeying around? ❤️❤️
Love to see them play! These two sillies, Quinn and Quigley have so much fun with the ball even on a freezing cold, windy day. They also enjoy pulling each other’s blankets off and they’ve successfully pulled down every single vinyl strip I’d hung up in their doorway to keep the wind and rain out. They like to be busy. ❤️❤️
Not too much happening here in January, below freezing temperatures and relentless strong winds. Here are Tilly, Tabitha, and Trinket (+ goats) running like the wind 💨 🥶
The donkeys had a pretty wild party to celebrate the new year. Although I wasn’t invited to participate ( thank goodness), I did manage to get a video of their festivities. Mary wore a lovely coat of mud. Quinn and Quigley did some fancy dancing. Pepe and Francis must have been the chaperones, left behind and confused when the party moved on. Happy 2025!
What happened?! This morning Trinket saw snow for the first time! Just a little snow, but it made everything look slightly different. She took a look around and then went right back inside. Smart cookie!🥶🫏❤️
