On Target/Off On Border Collies are two separate breeding programs that operate under the same household in Pahrump, NV. They are a high volume sport breeder that produces a significant number of puppies. Many bi***es have been overbred (8-9 times) and well past recommended age (8-13 years). There are currently ~50 dogs that live on the property and cared for solely by 2 individuals. Many people have had very poor experiences with said breeder and we highly recommend that interested buyers check out a thread under FB group "Performance Geared Mixes" to enlighten themselves about the program before placing a deposit.
