Cannot believe the Christmas holiday season is upon us once again!
If you haven't yet made a booking for your beloved fur animal, unfortunately we regret to announce that we are fully booked from the 16 Dec 2021-2 Jan 2022.
On a lighter note, I am pleased to announce that ALL the doggies booked in for that period stand a chance to be in the draw for a lovely pet hamper!! The draw will take place on the 24 Dec 2021. We will post pics of the winner!!
May I take this opportunity to thank all my clients(new and old)for their loyal and ongoing support!!

Hi there to all my clients who became friends and my friends who also became clients. I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas and a cheerful new year. The picture below is one of my adorable "grandkids" and it made me think of a quote on my calendar at the office that says: Never look back unless you are planning to go that way. 2020 was a year full of challenges and firsts but I think and hope that we also discovered the true meaning of life again. I truly hope that 2021 brings more joy and love than our hearts can hold and that the worst of 2021 is better than the best of 2020.
I would also just like to let you know that we increased our prices a bit this year. The new prices are as follows:
Boarding - R95 per dog per day for adult dogs and R105 per dog per day for puppies
Walks - R85 per dog per walk
Home visits - R90 for one visit and R130 for two visits
Sleepover - R250 per night
Stay In - R360 per day

We just wanted to inform all of you that we are already fully booked from 19 December 2020 until 2 January 2021. You are most welcome to still book dates prior and after.

Also just a little reminder that we also do doggy day-sitting for all those doggies who do not like being home alone during the day or for those dogs that need a bit of socialising.

Hi there clients and friends!
Nothing is normal anymore and we are adapting to a new reality. That also means no weekend getaways or family holidays for now. For us that means no doggy boarders. This makes us very sad and we would love to still help our clients and especially our "puppy" pals in some way. While I am working during the day John will be able to use the exercise window to do some dog walks for those who are interested so please let us know if we can take your furry kids for a walk.
We hope that you are staying safe and healthy.

We pray and believe that this will pass and things will get better! Wouldn't have survived lockdown without furry friends Herman and Fluffy! We cannot wait to have life return to some kind of normality and to have some more doggy boarders visit again! Stay pawsitive and healthy!

3 ingredient yummy Easter treat for your furry friend.....

1 Large ripe banana
half cup natural peanut butter
1.5 Cups rolled oats

Method:
Simply mash everything together in a bowl until you have a workable dough.(add more peanut butter if needed)
Roll dough out on a floured surface and cut dough into shapes.
Bake @ 180 degrees for 15 mins. Allow to cool.
BON APPETIT!!

As with many businesses,this virus has knocked us a little off course.....God has thrown us a "bone" in the form of Herman! He has been a tonic of inspiration and a reminder to take courage and to stay strong!!..............and to STICK TO THE PLAN!! Thanks Herman! Please remember that we do boarding for doggies that stay outside of Kimberley too. If you are travelling through Kimberley to your holiday destination you are welcome to drop off your furry friends to stay with us. We also do short-term boarding for doggies whose owners stay outside of Kimberley and need to come to Kimberley for a doctor’s appointment, hospital stay or even just to do grocery shopping. If you cannot leave your doggy child home alone, bring him/her to us, even if just for an hour or two.

In the spirit of love we will be having a little Valentine’s Day competition. All doggies whose parents booked boarding between 1 January 2020 and 29 February 2020, their names will be put into a draw for a special valentines hamper. To qualify for the draw the booking must be done by midnight on 12 February 2020.

The names of the doggies going into the draw will be given on 13 February and we will do the draw on Valentine’s Morning.
