Well…. Not the news alot of us were hoping for, but there’s always a reason! Unfortunately, the doc didn’t see any buns today. But, they do want me to bring her back in next week to double check. So that we’ll do! She would be 34 days today and half way baked. Due Date is estimated to be April 16th, so the sooner we know the better! 🙏🏼
If now isn’t the right time to welcome more little nuggets, I’m planning on breeding her back this Fall with Xander! If you’d like to be moved on our Fall 2024 waiting list for a Zoey X Xander Pup, please let me know! It’s filling up fast 🙃

Zeus and Zoey litter MAYBE coming right up.
I have quite a few on my waiting list for my fall litters, but very few for this (very much so unplanned) possible litter… so I figured I better get on the ball as 2 months will fly right by! 🐶🐾
Despite being unplanned, these two I have a feeling are going to make some GORGEOUS deep reds! If you’d like to be on our list, give me a shout and I’ll fill you in with the deets 😊

Scrolling through and updating my FB page I just realized I never posted my 3rd litter nuggets 🫣😳As most of you know this litter wasn’t the easiest with everything going on family wise and losing my first baby in the 4 litters that I’ve had. But that doesn’t make them any less important! In the last 3 months of 2022 and the first of 2023 there were so many heartbreaks and these guys stuck with me with words of encouragment and being there every step of the way and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The relationships that have developed through being a breeder and getting to know each and every family is SO awesome and I feel like I’ve encountered many new life long friends 😊 I still have a lot left to share but for now, I’ll share these babies with their new families in the order they went home.
Pink Girl- now named Millie. I’m sure you have seen the many pupdates on her. I call her my NY girl. She lives in New York with her soon to be boyfriend Buddy and older sister Weiser, big sister Cora, AND soon to be baby brother in their Mommies tummy 🥰
Lilac Girl- now named Luna who lives in Louisiana with her adorable family! They drove all the way to us in there RV to surprise their boys. By the looks of this picture I’d say they were excited 😉
Light Pink- (aka Ghost Rider) now named Millie as well who lives with her new family in California!
Orange Boy- now named Hank who lives with his adorable family, friend of mine and softball buddy since college here right down the road from us in MO!
Navy Boy- now named Laredo who lives with his adorable family in MO. Pupdates to come with this goofball 😅
Dark Green Boy- now named Maverick who lives with his new family in TX!
Red Boy- RIP Baby Boy… the absolute hardest thing to go through as a breeder. He will never ever be forgotten and I’ll always wonder the what ifs or if there was anything more that I could of done🥺
AND.. last but certainly not least
Lime Green Boy- Our Mr. Xander Man 🥰 who of course lives with us and is a handsome addition to our Midwest Goldens family! 💚

I’ve been trying to find the time to post my newest puppy families and boy has life been crazy! I am so incredibly thankful each and every one of them, including my past litter families. 🥰 Each one has a unique story behind the reason of getting their new fur baby and I wish I had the time to share them all! They seriously bring tears to my eyes anytime I think about it and it makes the sleepless nights, blood, sweat and tears of being a breeder totally worth it all!
So here they are! In order of when they went home:
🐾Blue Boy- now named Buddy, which fits him perfect. Now lives with his new adorable family in Indiana 😊
🐾Orange Boy- now named Scout who lives with his new family here in MO!
🐾Green Boy- now named Sonnie, who lives with his Sisters Willow (Red Collar Girl from our 2nd litter) and Georgie here in MO as well 🥰
🐾Lime Green Boy aka Fluffy Butt- now named Taz who lives with his new big brother Poe in Nebraska
🐾Pink Girl- now named Jeanie who lives right next to her brother Buddy (Blue Boy) in Indiana! They surprised me and brought Buddy along to greet his sister 🥰
🐾Black Boy- now named Scout as well, who lives with all kinds of fur brothers and sisters in Michigan!
And last but not least..
🐾Purple Girl- now named Charlee who lives with her new family in Connecticut! It was a super quick exhange at 10:00 at night in negative degree weather 😅 (long story)
I really need to get a map of the US and fill in where each and every nugget lives, I love how they are all sprinkled all over the US 🥰

Movin’ and Groovin’! Pictures officially become harder. 🫠 If the weather stays warm today I hope to get them out there for a photoshoot, of course one at a time, real fast and no feet will touch the ground😊 Also, I realize lime greens collar looks super tight, I promise it’s not.. he’s just that fluffy! And, Mr. Blue.. he lost his somewhere between the couch cushions 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anywho, Day 10 today and most of them have their little peepers open ready to explore the world! 😍 Look at ‘em go! Oh and one more thing, I’m pretty sure this is my darkest litter to date! 🥰

Litter #4

For those of you asking what it’s like to whelp a litter. This was baby #7, and my back was about done for so I didn’t move the fastest.. but here’s an idea of what it looks like 🙂 Not videoed is my hubby holding the pup so I can tie off his umbilical cord and cut off the placenta for mama to have. Let’s just say, The kiddos had a Birthing 101 class yesterday and we got bunches of questions. Poor Mr. Trystan couldn’t watch much of it because the sight of blood makes him feel like he’s going to pass out. We found that out when he went with me to give blood. 😅 Laila seemed to get right in there and watch. Which is good because she wants to be a Veterinarian when she grows up! I can’t thank my little family enough for being there for me yesterday. I was soooo afraid I’d have to whelp alone since Momma and Dad aren’t able to be here, and of course after last litter scared of complications. But all went smoothly and Roxy took her dear sweet time pushing them out 😂 All babies are doing amazing and Miss Mia is very curious of those things in the basket making as much noise as she does. Newborn photoshoot to come! But, for now just wanted to share this! For those of you with queasy stomachs or eating breakfast.. you may want to keep scrolling on by!
