Oliver is nearing the end of his FIP treatment and could really use our support to cross the finish line. Please consider donating to Oli and his family. Here’s an update from his mom, Jennifer:

Oliver has been doing so well during treatment, and he is hopefully nearing the end soon! I am so grateful for all the support everyone has given Oliver and me. He’s finally back to his sweet orange boy self again and has gained back his weight since starting treatment (from 5.13 lbs to 8 lbs now!) 🥰

Please consider donating or sharing to help us continue treatment and care for Oli!

This past week has been terrifying, and we thought we were going to lose Blossom. She started to decline, so we took her to the vet. After bloodwork, antibiotics, fluids, and oxygen, they removed a small amount of fluid from her abdomen to help her breathe better. She spent the next few days on oxygen. We also decided to increase her dosage and give her meds twice a day until she improves.

Our little Blossom is a true FIP Warrior—she’s doing so much better now. Look at the cute picture I took of her this morning, back to her playful kitten antics. We are so thankful for her vet and the team for doing all they can for her. If you can, please consider donating to help cover the ongoing costs of Blossom’s care. 💜

Meet Re*****on, my newest foster. She’s currently fighting Wet FIP. Just yesterday, she was scheduled to be euthanized, but thankfully, her previous family still wanted her to have a fighting chance. Thanks to the support of some amazing people, she's now safe in my care. Today marks Day 1 of her treatment, and we're determined to give her the best chance at a healthy and happy life.

Our next step is to get Re*****on to the vet as soon as possible. She needs a thorough check-up and bloodwork. I took Re*****on in on my own, and I’ll be covering all her vet bills out of pocket—that's where I could really use your help.

If you can contribute in any way, whether it's a donation or sharing her story, it would mean the world to both of us. Re*****on has a bright future ahead, and I'm so grateful to be part of her journey.

Below are several ways you can donate, as well as an Amazon wishlist specifically for her. 💜

Happy Caturday! 💜😺

We are reaching out to help Obsidian's family with her FIP treatment. They need assistance raising funds to take her to the vet for a crucial bloodwork checkup to monitor her progress. Today is Day 23 of her treatment, and we are thankful to have raised $70 so far. However, the cost of the bloodwork is over $200, and her labs need to be run every 30 days.

If you can support Obsidian and her family, we will be forever grateful. Every little bit helps!

Everyone, meet Peppermint, my first foster of 2024! She’s currently fighting FIP, and she’s a hot mess. I picked her up Sunday from PACC, and honestly, I wasn’t sure she would make it through the night. But the next morning, she greeted me with so much s***k, I think it’s safe to introduce her to you. She’s 11 months old but weighs less than 3 lbs. 💔 I’ll do my best to help her bounce back.

A big thank you to Pima Animal Care Center for allowing her to receive FIP treatment and taking care of her medical needs.

It appears the first approved version of GS441524 that vet’s can prescribe will become available in the US this June. While the pricing and other details are not yet known, this is definitely a giant milestone in the 8 years long battle to end FIP for all cats 🐾😺. 📢📢 Important findings for FIP! 📢📢

A published case report has revealed valuable insights into the clinical follow-up and postmortem examination of a cat that was successfully treated for FIP with an oral antiviral drug.

Although the cat sadly lost its life due to an accident, the postmortem examination found no evidence of FIP or Feline Coronavirus (FCoV).

This is the first report on a clinical follow-up and postmortem examination of a cat that had been cured of feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) with ocular manifestation by successful treatment with an oral multicomponent drug containing GS-441524. The cat was 6 months old when clinical signs (recur...

UPDATE: ADOPTED 💜🥲

Adopt Queenie! She’s currently residing at El Jefe Cat Café. I was her medical foster for almost nine months, treating her for FIP. She has a clean bill of health and is waiting for her forever person. She’s an amazing girl who’s overcome so much to be here. She would rather spend time with female companions and would even be happy to live with a cat-friendly dog. Queenie wasn’t the biggest fan of the male cats in her foster home, but given time, space and a proper introduction she could adapt to any situation. She will make an incredible companion. Come on down to the lounge to meet her.

Please share and help spread the word that FIP has a cure. It may very well just save a cat or kittens life. 💜

Happy Caturday!
Today we celebrate Edith "Edie" Cornella, FIP Survivor!

Edie and her sister Betty were rescued from a hoarding situation as kittens, malnourished and suffering from ringworm. Their family adopted them on November 9th, 2020, and Edie was diagnosed with FIP in December 2020.
Declared cured on May 29th, 2021, Edie's vet calls her "a very polite cat."

Her mom says, "Now she is a little over two years old, loves to sit in the window to watch birds, cuddle, get the zoomies, play with springs and scream to announce her arrival when she enters a room. She brings us so much joy, and we are so thankful every day for the support we had throughout treatment and for how courageous this little one was!"
