Rooster fact #1: A rooster who attacks you is not 'mean' or 'aggressive'. He is trying to protect the hens. It's instinctively behavior that is a form of communication in chickens.
You can absolutely work with him to get him to stop. He is not 'beyond hope'.
Unless you are a certified animal behaviorist who has worked with roosters half your life, you haven't 'tried everything'. The crap you see on YouTube is not 'everything'. In fact, doing those idiotic dominance tactics makes your relationship worse with your rooster.
We are having a free webinar on rooster behavior. If you want to learn more about how to communicate with your rooster better.
If you attend and actually do the exercises suggested and your rooster is still giving you issues and you no longer want him, we will help find him a good home. Because chances are, in a different environment he will be a completely different bird.
