We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month options.

Subscription boxes are hand-picked and are tailored for you and your preference!!!!

Before we harvest for restaurants or farmers markets, we fill each subscription box with the best of the best.

Not only do you get the freshest and best-looking mushrooms around, but you also get some amazing mushrooms at a fare and honest price.

We stand by our work and are proud to offer this to you all.

Subscription box pick-up is every tuesday at right here in Rochester!!!

I love the warmer weather and being able to grow summer mushrooms like these two oldies but goodies.
I've been growing this specific GO gold oy strain since the beginning back in '21. This GO strain has sweet flavors and delicate textures. It's the same strain I use for my grow kit:)
Then there's WC water color oy. Delicate textures from cap to stem and flavors of slight seafood tones. It's truly amazing.

Morel season is upon us, and today is too beautiful to pass up. Besides, I had my best friend and the world's best navigator with me, so we had to go waste some time in the woods:)
Found plenty of edible mushrooms, but nadda on finding morels today.
Little known fact is that Elba used to host Morel Festival.......you're welcome.
