Special opportunity for someone looking to get their bronze and silver medals, or just learn the ropes of dressage! We are happy to offer Fackeltrager, known as “FT” in the barn, for an on site full lease! FT is a very loved family member at Berryfield Dressage and is ready to teach someone new. He would be perfect for an experienced amateur or a JR/YR looking to gain experience in the dressage ring. FT is 15 years old and 16.2 hands with a very good brain and show record. He is schooling all the GP work, but doesn’t enjoy the pressure of showing the very high levels. He would be happy to teach someone piaffe and passage at home! He also doesn’t do well with long trailer rides, so showing locally would be best for him. This combination would be in full training with Callie O'Connell at Berryfield Farm. We have a groom position open at Berryfield Dressage come join us!

We are looking to add a second top groom to our team! We are a private dressage barn located in Lincoln, MA in the summers and head to Wellington, FL for three months in the winter. Responsibilities would be split among the two grooms to help care for 7-8 high performance dressage horses. We have a very fun and friendly working environment. We love our horses like family, and are looking for someone passionate, well organized, and hard working. We are so excited to welcome the newest member of Team Berryfield, B.B. King (Belissario x Licotus). He is an 8 year old Oldenburg Gelding. He is the sweetest and settled right in. Farm: Tools, backpack gas operated leaf blower, seed spreader, gates, hoses, misc. construction pieces, leaf chopper, construction barrier stakes

Show season 2022 is underway! Betsy and her new boy, Deduschka Moros (Frosty) made their show debut together today at the Bear Spot Show. Betsy’s goal this season is to get her bronze medal and she is well on her way. Winning both of her classes today with a 69.8 and a 72.2 in first and second level. She was high point at each level, as well as receiving the highest score of the entire show! It was a very special day, and just the beginning for this pair! Huge congratulations Betsy and Frosty! Yesterday we welcomed two very special horses to BerryField Dressage; Eaton Unitechno (Eaton) and Deduschka Moros (Frosty).

Frosty, is a perfect schoolmaster for Betsy; we knew he was that special horse when we first sat on him. Callie fell in love with Eaton at first sight; their goal is competing in the U25! Now the work begins building trust and skill between horse and rider. A huge thank you to Viola Abrahams for helping find these two very amazing horses! We are so excited for what the future holds.

Berryfield is a boutique farm which serves as home to 5 dressage horses who will be actively competing this season.
