Hello everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š! I was working in Medford with Gina, who is a volunteer at the Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter, as well as her rescue dog named Jenny ๐Ÿถ. Gina adopted Jenny, as well as Jennyโ€™s liter mate brother, so there are two rescue dogs in the house ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿถ. Jenny was struggling with fear aggression, which when combined with an imbalance in pack structure was leading to a chaotic household! Good morning everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š! I was working in East Islip with one of my favorite dogs, Fiona ๐Ÿถ, as well as Fionaโ€™s owner. Fiona is a beautiful, smart, loving rescue dog who has an incredible life with her owner. This is Fionaโ€™s fifth lesson and shes showing off how much sheโ€™s learned! Like all good things in life, time, patience and love are key to reaching a desired result. Fiona is proof that these three elements lead to success, and a reminder to me why rescue dogs are the best dogs ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ! Hello everyone โ˜บ๏ธ! I was working in Port Jefferson Station with Jennifer and her seven month old Doberman named Knox ๐Ÿถ. Knox is a beautiful puppy with a lot of energy who was struggling to walk on a leash. We established pack structure, made some corrections, and now Knox is walking great on a leash with Jennifer as his pack leader! Way to go, Knox and Jennifer ๐Ÿ‘!! Hello everyone! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Iโ€™ve been blessed to take part in a new venture of helping our local shelter dogs find homes! Each time I volunteer, I will be recording and sharing videos of the incredible dogs who are in need of homes! If everyone could please like and share these posts it will be a great blessing for all! The dogs in the videos are at the North Fork Animal Welfare League in either their Southold or Aquebogue locations!
