🦖🦈We made some adorable Dino and Shark bowties to match the new pattern of Scrunchie Bandanas from last week! We offer our Collar Bowties in Small, Medium, and Large. Our Bowties will never be floppy and flat on your pet's collar, we sew in a layer of stuffing to keep them beautiful and fluffy!

🦴 We also made some new flavors this week in our homemade all natural Pup Biscuits!
Our Breath Buster Biscuits are made with fresh parsley and mint to help with your pup's dental hygiene. Our Honey Coconut Biscuits are made with local honey to aide with local allergens, and organic coconut oil has Tons of benefits for dogs. Itchy skin, dental health, digestion, and brain function!

🐾Our other two popular flavors are the original Peanut Butter of course! We make our peanut butter homemade, no additives, salt or sugar! Also, our Cheesy Veggie Biscuits are loaded with vitamins and fiber from broccoli, spinach, and green beans! They offer a nice savory flavor for the cheese lovers!

No good deed goes unpunished!

🐾Fortunately, the little pups that we found on Sunday have been reunited with their owner. Unfortunately, it didn't happen in the best way that it could have.
🐾My husband and I did everything in our power Sunday morning to find the owners from posting on social media to walking down dirt roads and knocking on doors. A neighbor of the owners saw one of our posts on Sunday and we began contact with the owners since Monday morning. Everything started off very nice and cordial, of course I verified ownership with questions and pictures and let them know I was super excited we found them. We tried to meet up Monday afternoon after work, messages went unread on their end until late in the evening when we were unable to meet up. There was some communication Tuesday morning, so we tried to set up a meeting again. Messages went unread and no response again all day Tuesday and Wednesday until the evening time.
🐾That's when things took a turn, the owners started sending rude messages last night saying we're refusing to give the dogs back and that we're trying to extort them for the $180 that we spent on Sunday for food, supplies, and flea medicine. Threatening to call the cops and file charges for theft and extortion. I contacted the police last night and was told to take the dogs to animal control today so that's what I relayed to the owners, so that there was no need for any further contact with us.
🐾Apparently they took it upon themselves to find our address, trespass on our property and come to our house today. They left threatening letters on our door and recorded around our property. They also got my business information because the Big Blue Bus was parked in the yard. They threatened my business as well. We called the police to let them know these people were on our property and met them at our house as we arrived home. The dogs were handed over and they were officially trespassed from our property by the police. They also had a lot of personal information that they found online which was really creepy.
🐾If you notice any negative posts or things about The Biscuit Jar online please pass them along to me as we will take further legal action. I have learned my lesson and will no longer try to rescue dogs from the middle of the road and if I do they will be taken straight to animal services. It is absolutely ridiculous that a good person cannot do good deeds without getting such a negative outcome!
🐾We pray that these sweet babies continue to be taken care of properly and they don't end up in the middle of the road in the National Forest again!

💙 Our little market buddies lived their best life today! They spent the day with us in the trailer (with AC). They got Pup Cups, flea medicine, homemade treats, brand new bed and crate, a toy and a fan blowing on them the entire day!

🐾Time to head home and get them cleaned up! We're still looking for the owners. They were found in the Ocklawaha area off of 182nd Ave in the middle of the road. Wearing collars and leashes, but no tags.

👋Hey everybody! We're going to be late to the Mount Dora Village Market this morning!
🐾These two little boogers were in the middle of the road as we were on our way to the market. We tried everything from knocking on doors to stopping at the Fire Dept down the road. All shelters and rescues are open around 10am.
🥹There's no way we could just leave them! So they're coming with us! We will continue trying to find their owner and of course they'll get a nice bath and spaw day in the grooming van when we get back!🛁

🚫 The Biscuit Jar grooming will be closed this week🚫 I was hit while driving the bus....again! Just 2 weeks ago I was hit by a motorcycle that damaged my driver's side back end of the bus. This time it was a van that hit the front end of my driver's side apparently they didn't see me as they were pulling out. I'm okay, no injuries....just very frustrated and feeling like someone must have a voodoo doll of me somewhere🤦🏻‍♀️ I have contacted all my clients that were booked this week. We already had the bus scheduled to have the estimate done for the first accident later this week, so I will keep everyone updated.

Hey everybody!👋 So today was a very eventful day, as I was on my way home turning at a traffic light, a motorcycle decided fly around about five stopped vehicles and blow the red light, clipping the back end of my bus as I was turning. They damaged my exhaust pipe, ripped half my bumper off, and damaged some other stuff underneath. They hit the bus and kept going and of course no witnesses stopped. I have no idea how he didn't wipe out. I'm just glad that I wasn't a second slower turning at the light or they would have completely hit the side of the bus and there would have been a dead body on the road! Due to the damage of the exhaust I will be out of commission until we can get it fixed. I will be reaching out to the people who have appts in the next week to let them know. 💙Thank you for your patience and understanding!
