Elizabeth was adopted today by two precious ladies. She was fine but got an update stomach near Claremont, NC. They took her to the rest stop and she got away. People there helped until dark but she had hit an open field and was gone. Now it is a frigid night, dark, and she has no idea where she is. Needless to say I am a total wreck. I had even told them about a family who adopted Darcy and lost her. They are heartbroken. I can’t breathe. I put her in their car while she looked at me with fear asking what I was doing. Husband just home after searching. SHE was born into my hands. So was her mother and grandmother. I cannot bear that she is freezing alone.
