Azalea Greens Weekly Microgreens! There were three reasons for starting Azalea Greens:
1. The one I'm most excited about, we get to create entrepreneurs in our home.

We needed a constant supply of nutritious, fresh food that we did not have available for our family. We are on a healing journey to address lung health issues that modern medicine had no answers for.
2. We wanted to be a blessing to the community by selling from the abundance of our little urban farm.
3. Currently, my oldest son of 9 years old helps with growing and harvesting. I'm able to insti

ll discipline as well as reward him for his work based on our success. As we expand and our other kids grow, we'll be including them. Our products are grown around a designed regimented system to ensure consistent results every single week. We use no pesticides of any kind and the quality products we do use (soil, seed, filtered water, sanitation) rival or exceed that of large-scale growers. Its an absolute joy to be able to do this business alongside my son. Every Monday we both harvest and deliver the microgreens.

His ultimate goal is to save up enough money to buy two redbone coonhounds. Together we get to work toward that goal and develop an entrepreneurial spirit at the same time.

I've benefited immensely from the work of Dr. Berg in identifying my own health issues and treating them. His work played a role in navigating us toward growing microgreens. He just so happened to create a video documenting the insane health benefits of the lowly microgreen. You’ll be quite amazed to see how little broccoli microgreens you would need to eat to match the equivalent nutrients of a mature broccoli plant. These greens have become a substantial part of our own diet and we would love to help make it part of yours.

Are you ready to learn about our exciting journey of becoming more self-sustaining? Our Christmas present this year was a batch of fertilized eggs that we got to watch hatch right before our eyes. It was such a joy for everyone! Now, these little chicks are getting their first taste of microgreen scraps. In just a few weeks, they'll be able to help us by eating the roots and stems left behind from the microgreens harvest.

Join us as we document the buildout of a chicken coop and integrating these adorable chickens into our microgreens operations. It's going to be a fun adventure, and we can't wait to share it with you!"

These are greens we harvested last week and sent to the Granary. Partnering with the Granary has been essential for us to grow our business and learn how to produce a quality product consistently. While we do have shipments dropped off every week at all the Granary locations, supply is limited.

Special orders have just started for pickup at the Granary. If you would like to ensure you get microgreens every week, subscriptions are also available.
