Professional grooming services for all breeds of dog and cat. I have over 20 years of experience as a professional Groomer and more than 25 years experience in the pet industry. I have been grooming and selling pet supplies in Havelock for over 12 years. I have moved my business to my home on Alexander Street, right in town! My focus is the health and wellbeing of your pet! d one pet at a time, this ensures that your pet gets all of my attention with as little stress as possible. nail trimming, teeth checks, styling, a**l glands (only if required), bath in natural professional pet shampoo, hand dry, grooming mist, a bow or other accessory and love. I do book an average of 8 weeks in advance, so it is advisable to book appointments ahead of time to secure your desired dates. Nail trimming can generally be accommodated within a few days and is only $10! I also trim birds (wings, beaks, nails) and small critters nails for $10/service. These services can usually be accommodated within a few days. I also have a selection of Foods, Treats, Toys and accessories for cats, dogs and birds. As a new year begins, I would like to thank each one of you for your continued support!

I love my job ensuring all your furred and feathered babies are taken care of 💕

I would like to remind everyone that there is a NO SHOW FEE of $25/pet for missed appointments without 24hrs notice.

When you no show an appointment, I don't have an income that day! If you can't make an appointment please let me know, so that I can try to fill that appointment slot.

I also ask that you please be considerate of your appointment times. Please, arrive on time for appointments, not early & not late.

I book appointments based on the individual pet and have a specific amount of time set aside for that particular groom. Working with animals is unpredictable, which is why it is important to stay on schedule. I can't leave your pet on the table to answer my door because my next appointment arrives early. I also can't take a late client as that extra time will mess up my schedule for other clients booked in that day. I will always contact you when your pet is finished, there is no need to message/call to check in (I can't hear my phone when working anyway).

Many have asked about my grooming facilities...

As my family gifted me a brand new hydraulic table and double arm for Christmas, I thought this would be a great opportunity to share with you ☺️

I have a simple, clean grooming area. It is a small space, but as I only groom one animal at a time, it is perfect for me.

This small space and being in my home is why I don't allow people to stay during grooming. There simply is nowhere to put a pet parent in my grooming room!

With my new grooming table I no longer need to lift large dogs from the ground onto the table. Now I only need to lift them from the table to my tub, which is so much easier!

Before and After of My final grooms of 2024!

I've groomed like crazy for the past month, I've been in bed by 6pm most nights utterly exhausted and in pain.

I'm taking some time off to rest, check messages (now that I actually have time to check them), and spend time with family.

I will be back to work January 4. My 2025 schedule is booking up quickly, so please be sure to book your appointments now!

Please note, in order to prioritize my health and shoulder injury recovery ; I will continue to take Sunday and Monday off. I will also be taking most Fridays & Saturdays off in 2025.

I'm 44 years old, the body doesn't bounce back from injury like I used to 🤣

As many of you know, Becca has started college in Lindsay this year! She is taking Conservation Biology at Frost Campus. I am driving her back and forth until she gets her G2 (lots of driving back and forth). This, along with my rotator cuff injury and physio appointments, means I may need to tweak some appointment times. I will be in touch with everyone that I need to change appointment times with. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this new chapter ☺️

We opened our doors in Havelock, Ontario in May 2008 to meet the needs of pet parents in our community! Our goal is to offer affordable prices on Wholesome, Nutritionally Complete Pet foods, Treats and Accessories with a focus on Canadian Made product lines. We have over twenty five years of experience within the pet industry, including animal husbandry study and clinic work.

We are here to help you provide your pets with the best quality in nutrition and product lines; our products are investigated thoroughly before being placed on our shelves. We work closely with our manufacturers and distributors to ensure that only safe, high quality products are offered to you and your pets.

We also offer Professional Grooming services for all breeds of dog, cat, and bird. Our groomer has over 20 years of experience, including hand stripping and breed specific show styling.

In 2017, we expanded our products lines to include food, health and beauty products for PEOPLE! We carry Natural cleaning products, European Imported Delicacies, Fair Trade Chocolates and Spices, Breads (including Gluten Free), Coffee, Tea, and more.....
