Just heard about another dog that passed away in a shelter. A dog in such horrible shape that she could not be saved in time. Pack Lyfe Rescue was going to rescue her but she passed away before they could even get to her. Enough is enough!!! For years now, dogs have been dying in shelters in record numbers & people continue to dump their dogs. PLEASE support rescue. Help me support this amazing rescue who helps the ones nobody else gives a chance.

My name is Buddy, my owner just passed away, my long time fur companion died last month (she was older) and 3 days ago I watched my family start packing all their belongings and didn’t bring me with them.💔
My only hope is someone steps up for me before my appt for the shelter comes up, which happens to be Wednesday aug 21,2024.
I’m 8yrs old, I’m neutered, I love being in the home with you & I love other dog friends, I also am crate trained and I can bring my crate with me!! Please help me !!

This is the last photo of our boy, Tux. Soon after losing him, we decided to terminate Coastal Mutts A Dog Hospice Sanctuary. Although we will no longer be operating as a nonprofit, we will continue, as a family, to adopt senior dogs. Thank you so much to everyone for all your support. We’ll continue this page as Coastal Mutts HMB & share photos of the senior dogs we bring home. 💜🐶💜

9 year old Winter comes to us from :) Found as a stray this tiny 5 lb toy yorkie ended up at the shelter before being rescued by Muttville Senior Dog Rescue. We met her at their annual fundraising gala & fell in ❤️. After she had her dental where she had 20 teeth removed, we brought her home. She’s now on pain meds & antibiotics recovering. She’s been through so much in such a short time but she’s handling it so well. Senior dogs are so amazing. Adopt one today & see for yourself. Their love is like no other. ❤️❤️❤️

Losing a dog is hard. Losing 2 dogs is devastating. Losing 3 dogs in less than 5 months is traumatic. We had barely processed the loss of Tux in October when Penelope passed away early January. Then right after she left us, Moose started getting sick. Less than 2 months later we said goodbye to him at the end of February. Still can’t believe they’re all gone. Miss them so much. 💙🐶🌈
