Monaco's legacy horse & pet jewellery and accessories My forever horse and best friend recently passed away at the grand age of 26.

During my grief, I was inspired to start making horse jewellery and other pet accessories so his spirit would live on.

Monaco would have been 29 today, and I miss the big lad so much 💔

If you are wanting a gift and it doesn't arrive in time why not wrap a photo of the item with a "still to come note" that way the recipient still has something to open.

Thanks so much, your postal strikes are affecting small businesses so much. I will no doubt get left with poor feedback and be forced to refund because of YOUR service which will cause future customers to think twice about purchasing from me! 😡😡😡 This item was posted on 2nd December well within my stated postage time frame to hopefully get it there in a reasonable time. I will update you when I'm left with the impending negative feedback and case against me.

It's been announced Royal Mail will strike for a further number of days. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The strikes will continue until Dec so remember the back log of post may also affect Christmas deliveries and cause significant delays.

What you can do as a customer:

Order your items as early as possible in advance of the strike dates.

•Update to Special Delivery and Tracked24 parcels.

•Check the Royal Mail website for latest updates.

•Be patient and remember this is out of my control.

What I can do as a seller:

•Obtain proof of postage in case parcels get lost.

•Post parcels as soon as possible.

•Your right to return eligible items will still be 14 days after you RECIEVE your parcel.

My pet accessories are classed as fashion jewellery and may show signs of early wear or even break with misuse. Please treat it as you would your own jewellery.
*Regularly check your items for damage and remove immediately if they are showing signs of wear.
*Remember not all animals will appreciate wearing accessories so if your pet seems uncomfortable
please remove the item.
*If anything is a snag risk please remove before allowing your pet to free roam.
*Never expose jewellery to household cleaning products or other chemicals.
*Never expose jewellery to extended periods in water.
*Store each piece wrapped and separate from others. Keep in a dry, dust free place away from sunlight.

We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand that the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. ✦ PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ✦

Where possible, every order comes nestled in paper before being safely packaged in a small cardboard postal box, the exact right size for fitting through a letterbox. This ensures that your item will have a safe journey from our studio to your home. Larger items are also packaged in a cardboard box but may not fit in your letterbox.

All Monaco's legacy pieces are handmade to order although on some occasions I may have a number of pieces ready made, and we aim to make and ship every order within 14 working days although at busier times this may increase. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post and should take 3-7 days to arrive. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Standard and should take 6-14 days to arrive. (These times can not be guaranteed, and no tracking info is provided). I can upgrade postage for extra cost.
You will receive an automatic email from Etsy once your order has been dispatched.

Is that a mare stare . Keeping your horses cool when it's hot is so important. Missy has had lots of cool hosing down this summer which she really enjoys. It also helps wash away any sweat so the flies are less attracted to them.
