We've been hard at work planning & installing electrobraid horse fencing this past week. A huge need, & will allow the horses to have more places to explore. Should be fully finished by the end of this month. Cost a pretty penny, but glad to have the funds to take this on.

As we head into the end of May, we approach fly season! 🪰 Besides removing manure from the drylot/ field daily, & hanging up fly catchers we can also put on & take off fly masks. For boarders, we charge $15 a month for this service. Let me know if you're interested! 💗

The horses are safe from this massive snow drift right in their drylot. I opened the gate & pushed them out into the big pasture. They are in the big, new shelter now eating a snack. This is is insane!

Good morning! A crazy wild blizzard is here, & we're glad it's here to bring water to the land. Lots of extra hay, & mash to keep the horses happy as they hide out in the shelters ❄️

A cold, windy day calls for frisky horses. Everyone is super interested in the horses down the road. 😛 #dammhappyranch #horsesbeinghorses

Did you know horses need 1-2 ounces of salt per day, and even more in hotter temps? We provide all boarded horses with a salt/mineral block. In addition to salt it has maganese, iron, copper, zinc, iodine & more in it. JC clearly enjoys it 😜 #dammhappyranch #horseboardinggillette
