ANIMAL WELFARE AND RIGHTS
Introduction: Nowadays, there many animals that are subjected from animal cruelty and neglect. One of these cruelties is the animal testing and the abandonment of the animals or animals that are being tied or caged. Animals should also have their freedom to live and freedom to choose their own destiny. No animals should be treated inhumanely. This campaign is aiming to raise awareness about the importance of protecting animals may be it inside or outside of our houses.
Description: The page that was launched by this project was “ANIMAL WELLFARE AND RIGHTS”. The page will be use in posting the poster, pictures and other related contents that will inspire and encourage people to help animals to and to prevent animals to be involve from human cruelty. This page will serve as a tool for us to connect with other people who also wishes give their support with this matter and issue and this will unite us all.
Purpose: The RA No. 8485 , an act to promote animal welfare in the Philippines, otherwise known as "THE ANIMAL WELFARE ACT OF 1998" supervises and regulates the establishments and operations of all facilities utilized for breeding , maintaining, keeping, treating or training of all animals either as objects of trade or as household pets.
