High energy dogs and exercise

We, Amandine and Alan White, live in Haverhill, Suffolk. Weโ€™ve always walked dogs. Many Border collies and German shepherds. We are sporty people as I do climbing and we also both train at the gym and try to do fast paced walks with our dog, Cally the Cockapoo. She is 1 year old now and sheโ€™s always been the high energy type so we found different ways to keep her exercised, focused and trained at the same time. Using a mix of Zak George and Cesar Millanโ€™s methods. We also took part in 3 different training courses with Chippers school for dogs (Kennel Club Puppy Foundation, Chippers Novice Course, Chippers Intermediate Course). DBS checked and Pet first aid and CPR course done. We would love to exercise your high energy dog or behaviour problem dog so when you come home, your dog has had a nice outdoor adventure and heโ€™s/sheโ€™s calmer and relaxed.
