As a result of the growing number of cancellations the day before or the day of appointments it has become necessary to enforce a cancellation fee.
The reminders that are sent out the week before and the day before don't seem to be enough.
I understand emergencies happen as well as unexpected last minute issues, however, each time a last minute cancellation occurs it costs me time and money.
I will need a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
The cancellation fee will be half the cost of your appointment fee and will be payable before or at your next appointment.
