This happy silly sweet little munchkin (“Tux”) is still looking for his forever family.
He loves to be held and loved on. He has free run of the house now because he’s pad trained (with no “accidents” for weeks!), has had his first two puppy vaccines, entertains himself with toys, and is very entertaining to watch.
He would love to be your lap puppy.

I have a puppy flight nanny lined up to deliver two of them to Portland (Maine) Jetport on November 3rd.
If you’re in New England (Maine, Mass., Vermont) and interested please let me know asap. There is a nanny fee to get them up Portland. The nanny fee will be split between two puppies. Only two can fly with one nanny.

This little pipsqueak is so stinking cute. The perfect name for him would be Tigger. He’s such a happy silly little guy. He hops and jumps and frolics like a baby goat. If you ever wanted a baby goat, but couldn’t have one, Tux is the pup for you. He will definitely keep you entertained with his antics. ❤️

These two sweet 9 week old boys are still both available. They’ll be ready to go home at 12 weeks.

Time flies! Hard to believe these little ones are almost 8 weeks old. But they stay until 12 weeks so I’m OK. Lol
They’re little smarties! We’ve been working on come, sit, and down, and all are doing fabulous.
They like their crates and put themselves to bed when they’re tired. None seem to mind sleeping alone, although there’s only three crates set up at this point so there’s always two in one. Today’s a wrap and they’re down for the count.

!!!!! Scammers are a constant nuisance on breeder pages. I block and delete them several times a day.

In four days since I put the “new additions” post up, I’ve blocked and deleted 41 attempts by scammers.

They use tactics like saying they’re a “family” group for owners and chihuahua lovers claiming where “no scammers are allowed”.
They use excessive emojis and tell sappy stories about losing their dog and looking so hard for their new puppy and “finally finding this wonderful breeder that we’re so happy with” etc.
They prey on your emotions to rope you in.

Here’s an excerpt from one I just blocked and deleted:

“Hello there 👋 are you still searching we finally found this legit breeder my husband and I got our puppy from this kind and honest lady and I promise I was going to recommend her good work to those who are interested in getting a puppy click on the link below and stay safe from fraudsters”

Notice the broken/bad English and no punctuation.
Typical because they can’t speak the language. They’re not even here in the US. Notice the last three words “stay safe from fraudsters”. RED flag. THEY ARE the “fraudsters”!!!

DON’T fall for it. Don’t answer them. Don’t follow the link!
THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Luring you in then leading you to think you’re buying a puppy, only to steal your money.

I’ve seen a couple of followers on my latest “new additions“ post replying to them. I also deleted those. (The reply not the followers).

Legit breeders or group pages don’t troll fellow breeder pages “inviting” you to follow them.

Please be careful.

He is curious, independent, and very sweet.
The sable fawn w/white short coat male “Oliver” is available. He is all about being held and loved on. He’s a super sweet boy. He would do best with someone that is retired or works from home.

The puppies are now almost 6 weeks old. They’ve moved into their new daytime play pen.
These guys are all pretty confident and seem unfazed by all the attention from everyone.
Oliver (light sable male) and Minnie (female) really want out to play with everyone. The others are napping.

PSA. Don’t get scammed!
Puppy scammers are a constant daily annoyance for breeders. They constantly hijack our posts looking for unsuspecting victims to steal money from.
They reply to your comments with their page’s link to get you to follow. Most of them are pretty obvious as they’re usually titled “Cute puppies for Adoption“ or something similar.
They use cute (stolen) puppy pictures that were all posted to their page on the same day usually. And their page is recently created.
Please don’t fall for this. Don’t reply to them. Report them. Then block them.
You can go to their page history to see when it was created. Usually fairly recently.
These are pictures of the one I just reported and blocked. Page created January 25, 2023. Then they added all the pictures in one day.

I make these coconut oil/brewers yeast all natural treats for my crew and they love them.
Both coconut oil and brewers yeast are very beneficial for your dogs health. Among the many benefits are flea prevention.
Mine each get 2 a day.
The tiny silicone molds and Brewers yeast came from Amazon.
They’re super easy to make and are a great addition to your dogs diet.
Warm 1/2 cup of coconut oil until melted, then stir in 1/2 cup of brewers yeast. You’ll have to keep stirring the mixture as you fill the molds as the brewers yeast tends to settle. They look like they do because the brewers yeast settles as they harden.
I place the molds on a cookie sheet, fill, then put in the fridge until they harden. Pop them out of the molds into a glass bowl, cover and keep them in the fridge or freezer. They soften/melt if left out.

FIRST OF THE MONTH:
Guinness beer does the same thing as chemical heartworm prevention, only it’s natural and much cheaper.

Google "Guinness beer and heartworm in dogs". It has been shown to cure severe heartworm also.

One tablespoon per chihuahua on their food, once a month... (Flat...let it sit out overnight to let alcohol and carbonation escape).

YOU are responsible for teaching your puppy what acceptable behavior is. Everything from potty training to obeying the all important commands such as sit, stay, come, leave it, leash training, crate training….. The list goes on. YOU are responsible for their behavior.

Have on hand a scale, thermometer, latex gloves, sanitizer, absorbent tissues, scissors, hemostats, heating pad, whelping box, blankets, cleaning supplies, appropriate food with supplements for mothers, formula, medications & hand feeding supplies in case of emergency....
POTENTIAL OWNER: But I don't have all these things!
BREEDER: For $1000 you can buy them.
POTENTIAL OWNER: Ummm .... You know, I think it might be better if I just buy a puppy.
BREEDER: Wise decision.

So, let’s talk about hypoglycemia in small breed dogs. I always ask potential buyers if they’re familiar with hypoglycemia for a very important reason; it is very common in small breed dogs.
It can happen unexpectedly in a dog that’s never had an episode for a variety of reasons. You NEED to know the causes, signs, symptoms, and what to do, or quite frankly your pet could die right before your eyes.
If you don’t recognize the symptoms and just rush off with your pet to the vet, they quite possibly might die before you even get there.
It is that important to know!!

I’m bringing this to light because one of our 2 year old girls who has never had a hypoglycemic episode, had one this week. She met me at the door seeming perfectly fine. She was jumping up and down happy to see me, got her hug and snuggle, then went off to play again.
A half an hour later some of the other girls wouldn’t stop barking in the front room. When I walked in my girl was sitting upright in a bed looking drunk. They were all barking at her knowing something was wrong. Thank God for them barking! When I picked her up she started twitching. PANIC!
She’s lean, petite, a picky eater, and had refused her dinner. Not unusual for her. These girls run and play hard all day long and that day it caught up to her.
After rubbing karo on her gums and under her tongue she started to look more normal. More karo and goat milk. I was up almost all night with her because I was too afraid to sleep. She was exhausted. I couldn’t get her to eat but managed to get goats milk into her every couple of hours. Finally at 2:00 am she was completely back to herself acting like nothing had happened. It’s a VERY scary situation to be in.
Our emergency vet is an hour away. Had we not known what to do, she would’ve been dead before we even got her there.
Please read the article. Know the signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia and how to treat it. Every minute counts when they’re in hypoglycemic shock. Always have corn syrup on hand.
Another item to always have on hand is Nutrical. Especially if you have a picky/light eater. It’s a high calorie nutritional gel who’s main ingredient is corn syrup. Some pet stores carry it, or you can find it online. Guaranteed from now on when this girl flat out refuses to eat she’ll be getting a gob as a precaution.
