Holy moly! Christmas is always CRAZY around here.
The puppies were a total hit with the grandkids and the 7 year old was pitching very hard to take one home with her - sorry Soph, maybe next time.
The ran and played and had a ball - both puppies and human children, and the puppies were outstanding.

Puppies are now 6 weeks old and are so funny - the characters are really beginning to show and each one is as laid back as the other, they adore people and if there are cuddles going are all over you until they need a nap then its 'goodbye - I'm off' (bit like me really).

Having a few queries about what puppies are boys and girls - here are some photos to match them up - both girls and boys, gold and black available - I'm not too keen on putting puppies 'on hold' this time and a %10 dep will secure until pick up - happy to pop on a plane for new owners.

The puppies are very clever and going poos and wees on the paper - not the bed anymore.... They are so bloody cute, very interactive and sociable and each one coming into their own - we have a BBG - Big Black Girl, and Oscar (has a grumpy old man face), a Howie, a Teddie, Lollie the runt, Scoobie2 (very similar to Scoobie as a puppy), Bear is a black version of Scoobie (straighter coat, very big), a Raisin - with the eyes like black raisins..... naming Puppies is as hard as naming foals (we have 3 unnamed fillies here at the moment) - these names are not their forever names

These puppies will be ready by Christmas Day, happy to hold until the 28th(ish)

The Puppies are now three weeks old and Tui's decided she's had enough of feeding them so I've had to step in and started feeding them a few days ago - they love their soaked biscuits and are hoovering them up 3/4 times a day.
Teeth (little pins) are starting to come through now and they bicker and argue with each other all the time - they sound so funny!!
They are still finding their legs but are trying to run and bounce like big dogs already, they are still very roly poly!

The Puppies have arrived!! They are healthy and robust little slugs at 10 days old and are growing like mushrooms... they are almost identical to last year's litter despite a different sire.
There are a couple of Scobie sized giants(gold and black), a proper little runt (she is utterly adorable) and few in-between sizes in this litter.

Tui is doing great, apart from the hand feeding expectation she insists on. Yes, she won't eat unless I'm sitting in front of her handing it to her on the palm of my hand.... hopefully she gets over that soon, right!

Guess what's due in 4 weeks time?

Yup!! Tui scanned positive for puppies this week. In pup to another cream Labradoodle called Louie! (yes, another Louie!)

Hes very similar to last litters sire he's a big, kind, bouncy bag of energy, another great match to compliment Tuis beautiful gentle and kind nature.

Would love to see updates of your babies.

Hows everyone's winter going?
Scoobie has kept growing and is big! He comes to daycare here every day, mostly he is great... not so much when he chews up my shoes.

We've also had the grandkids staying for the last few weeks and Scoobie and the youngest are just like two little peas in a pod. Cute, loud, confident, hungry, and into absolulty everything.
So funny.

Hows everyone going out there, hope your puppies are doing well.

It's so great being able to watch one of these puppies grow up.... Scoobie (Sausage Roll) is quite a bit bigger than Tui now, but still very gumby and uncoordinated, she quite literally runs rings around him.

He's just like his mum with his gentle and kind and is so good around the littlest, the 1.5 yr old loves feeding him his breakfast,
one biscuit at a time much to his frustration - he's often got his paw up prompting Jordy to hurry up.

Do any of the other puppies use their paws a lot? He'll 'high 5' anyone and had the cat pinned under a paw yesterday, no rough stuff or aggression at all, just annoying according to the cat - that did not show him the same manners and got a bit grumpy.

My farm shoes are often his sacrifice to the tooth fairy, (so bad in fact i found mysef at the petrol pump with odd crocks on last week!) Bad enough in crocks but odd ones at thateeekk!! But the hideous soft toy that hes carried around since he was about 3mths old is still in one piece, gggrrr!! - must be puppy love!? He's just lucky he's cute!!

Scoobie has a love of water just like his mother... if the gate is open he's in the pool, and has just recently started taking himself off to the ponds. He's got very selective hering at times but is utterly adorable (and knows it). He's gentle and kind and is as big as his mum already.

Little Sausage Roll - now Scoobie - is growing like a mushroom.
My son took Scoobie so we still get lots of visits and cuddles, he's super chilled out and very quickly learning how to sit, lay down and stay.
He loves the water!! Not the best swimmer yet and needs work on the floating and his enthusiasm far outweighs his experience thus far but I expect him to be abitlike his mum. Tui love's having him back for visits but totally mows him down and runs rings around his gumby self. I lost a shoe to him the other day - hhhmmm... so it begins.
How are all his litter mates going? I often think of them and wonder how you are all getting on.

These guys are so funny!!

They are full of life and joy and make us laugh everyday - we are seeing way more development in fine motor skills though they will still trip over a blade of grass and bite their own foot until they cry out. They love the water and we have taken to misting them every hour or so when its really hot, they love sleeping in the grasses in the middle of the day but spark up when it gets cooler....

Pics are becoming harder as they insist on helping.

Was a big morning for the ratbags with a trip in hne car to the vets for their first vacc, health check and wormer. It was like herding cats!
