Pacheco Colony

Today, I trapped Luna from the colony. She has been suffering from an eye problem for about a year! Tomorrow, she will be sedated so they can perform an examination of her condition 🤞

Oakland, CA
Last month I rescued these two hens from the streets of Oakland. They were being held captive by a homeless man who wanted to sell them. I was able to take them off the streets. Thanks to Kim's Nurturing Nest Animal Sanctuary who gifted them a permanent home at their sanctuary.
