Another one of our longer timers found his furever home!! πŸŽ‰πŸΆπŸΎ

We are fully committed to each of our dogs, no matter how long it takes, we'll search for the perfect home. Bradley sure found his πŸ’žπŸŽ‰πŸ‘ (Like our sweet Dora did)

On January 9th 2020 Bradley came into our rescue. That's 856 days ago. Bradley was previously with another rescue for 365 days AND another different rescue for an additional 365 days!! That's 1,586 days that Bradley has spent in the shelter life! 😳

The last rescue had tried to adopt him over several times but every time the stay was shorter and shorter. One adoption lasted 24 hours. He was being returned for some behavioral issues. They were keeping Bradley heavily sedated due to his high stress and desperate attempts to break out of his cage. He was starting to hurt himself and they were running out of options. A time clock was placed on sweet Bradley. He had 1 week to find a home or he was set to be euthanized! πŸ’” Luckily, for Bradley, one of our staff members seen the plea for his life! We reached out to see if they would be interested in transferring Bradley to our rescue, thankfully they agreed! -No time clock here-

When Bradley first came in he was pretty stressed and struggling to adapt. He did have some slight behavioral issues but started to blossom quickly here. He wasn't harming himself (he was never sedated here) and was adjusting very well to the kennel life. He got a lot of field time, walks, one on one training and tons of love! We started to see the Bradley we knew he could be! 🐢πŸ₯°πŸ’• But still, 2 years have passed and he was still here.

Until yesterday! 😍

We are VERY proud and happy to announce sweet Bradley has been ADOPTED!! πŸŽ‰πŸ‘ He landed the perfect home and we couldn't be happier for Bradley!!

No matter how long it takes! No matter how tough the case. We see our dogs through to the end!! Our rescue thrives on helping dogs like Bradley, where no other rescue has been successful. We spend hours working with these dogs and hundreds of dollars on them. We not only want them to be medically healthy but mentally healthy as well!! We picked Adoptable 2 year old Thatcher as our spokespup for this URGENT announcement in hopes that you can’t say no to those soulful eyes and sweet face!

Thatcher wants you to know that we are on our last jar of peanut butter. 😳 😱 Thatcher says his tummy rumbles each night in anticipation for his peanut butter πŸ₯œ filled bone 🦴 at tuck in service, so this is definitely an urgent need. Thatcher's tummy is most important, but he heard the staff mention that they are on the last bottle of pinesol and laundry detergent and both are pretty important to keep the shelter clean. Can you help?
