Wondering if you should get your dog groomed in the winter? The answer is YES!

Grooming your pet in the winter is just as important as a summer groom. A healthy coat helps regulate and maintain body temperature.

Any mats in the fur holds moisture and cold air which makes it harder for them to stay warm. It is a popular belief to keep you dogs coat long in the winter but without regular brushing at home and being mat-free can actually be more harmful than good!

Did you know I offer quick services ? Quick services are offered if your pup is not quite ready for a full groom, but is needing a little tlc. It usually only takes 5-10 minutes and you can stay with your pup and take him home when he’s done!

This pup came in for a nail grind, and as shown you can see that it gets the nails shorter, smoother and rounds off any rough edges.

*we recommend getting you dogs nails clipped or filed every 4-8 weeks.

Brushing your dog’s teeth can prevent oral health issues such as bad breath, tooth decay, plaque and tartar buildup and gum disease.

It’s is important to keep up with your dog’s teeth on a regular basis to prevent this from happening.

I have had a ton of interest in my grooming services and greatly appreciate all the support you all have shown in the last few months, but I am still on maternity leave and soaking up every moment with my little one!

I currently do not have a return date and will not be grooming any dogs at the moment.

and .groomers.diary have both left the salon early to take care of their health and their babies.
We will be doing our best to get clients through, but please be aware that we are overbooked this next month and will be behind and a bit of a mess.
If we miss a message, please shoot us a reminder, we're trying to keep up with everyone.
We might miss a foot of nails or a bum shave, if we do lease give us a call, we're happy to fix any mistakes!
When a team makes a transition this huge it takes a while to find our footing, Ceslie and Justine have been with ROA since year #1, so we're welcoming new groomers, we know that long term clients are stressed out having to learn to trust a stranger with the babies!
I want to promise a smooth ride, I can't make that promise, but I can promise we will find our groove and in tkme we will be as strong as ever.
