The dedication of these guys is unmatched. We ❤️ our Lafayette Animal Emergency Clinic team!!!!

As always thank you for all that you guys do!

We cared for so many pets during this historic week ❄️🐶😸

There is a crew of Veterinary technicians that haven't left work, they have slept at the clinic, and stayed by your pets side. As an emergency room we have plans in place to keep employees safe and still provide emergency care. This weather tested those plans but a Veterinarian and three Technicians got the job done!!

We are never short on technicians volunteering to hunker down at work, it's actually amazing 😍

Something else that's amazing.... ALL of the primary veterinarians in town calling and texting and making sure we came together as a town to have safe coverage. They checked on their patients and us !

Our *Snow team* was beyond happy to help and our doctors made sure they got to play in the snow too!

We would like to start a weekly post showing our appreciation to those who appreciate us.
Customer service and support is our highest priority, and the best way to maintain that level of service is through customer feedback.
We couldn’t do what we do without the trust of the pet owners and trust is built on word of mouth among friends.

We hope everyone in Acadiana is safe and warm while enjoying the beautiful winter wonderland.

Our offices will unfortunately be closed until Thursday when travel conditions improve.

In the meantime we would love to see everyone’s sneaux day fun!!

In anticipation of the incoming storm we will be not be accepting intakes or performing transportation services on Tuesday & Wednesday. As soon as travel is safe we will resume all operations. All of the pets currently in our care are secured and we will be reaching out to owners as soon as everything clears up to arrange pick up.

If our services are needed during this time please contact us and we will guide you on what to do in the interim. Please stay safe out there and stay warm.

With the impending weather system approaching we are going make the decision to cancel this month’s support group so that we can finish winterizing the crematory and funeral home as well as our actual homes.

We apologize about the last minute cancellation, but we will absolutely resume our sessions next month.

We appreciate your understanding and please keep yourselves, your loved ones AND your pets safe and warm this week.

We will make updates for the funeral home as we make our decisions for the week.

Don't forget our monthly Pet Loss Support Group is scheduled for tomorrow 1/19/2025 at 3pm. As always there is no fee to attend and we welcome anyone who is experiencing grief associated with the loss of a pet.

We know our pet parent's are anxious during this process so we try to keep everything as transparent as possible. As always we are available by phone to help alleviate any questions that may arise.

Our January session of our Pet Loss Support Group is scheduled for this Sunday January 19th at 3pm. As always there is no fee to attend and anyone struggling with grief related to the loss or anticipated loss of a pet are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
