The asparagus is starting to shoot up. We planted 2 live crowns and 10dormant crowns of two different varieties. These are the live crowns pictured and it could be up to another 3 weeks before we see the other crowns push through. To have better future harvests and allow the plants to establish, we will not harvest from these plants until next year.
